托斯卡尼快煮雞。
窮驢技窮,時不時得找些靈感,今晚的食譜正是跟谷大神求來的;雞胸先油封,洋蔥、蒜炒了菠菜加入鮮奶油和帕瑪森,原本是生酮概念,我配了些義大利麵,一小時內連皮蛋吃的鍋貼都搞定,越來越會煮啊我 (得意)。
忙得團團轉,吃飽削蘋果,經過兩個月堅持,刻意把小姐養出公主病、沒削皮去籽的水果她不吃,所以就不會吃學校供應放在大盆裡、不沖洗、頂多衣服上擦兩下直接吃的水果。
雖然我們住鄉下,但是因為地理位置不錯,社區裏很多家長通車去倫敦上班,儘管我們家非常小心 (btw 今天選 Zoflora linen fresh 拖地),學校不停課就可能被別人影響,尤其英國人大多執迷不悟、甚至認為「早點得肺炎有抗體也好」,所以這星期我也把上學的水壺都換成帶蓋子的,免得外露的吸管水閥沾上有的沒的。
情勢很嚴峻,學校卻不停課,一方面因為上班的家長無處托兒,一方面也顧慮到有些不幸的孩子在放假時可能遭受家暴或者沒飯吃,牽涉的層面很廣,大家也只能自求多福...

• Chicken Liver Mousse with Mini local Figs cooked in Red Wine 鶏のレバームース ミニイチジクの赤ワイン煮込み. Served with some Crostini toasted bread on the side.. This shop is amazing for Italian in Fukuoka 🇮🇹🇯🇵. The other dishes are more Sardinian Italy based, quite traditional too.. This particular recipe is more Tuscan, suddenly reminds me of the Lardo di Colonatta I eat in Italy, which are served differently than the basic recipes in HK. 😋😋😋
• 🇯🇵 🇮🇹 イタリア サルデーニャ島風 クルルジョネス パスタ Sardinian Island style #Culurgiones pasta ¥1,660. This version is filled with the local Pecorino Cheese, Potatoes, Herbs & with a Tomato Sugo sauce. There is a reason why I never want to leave Fukuoka/Kyushu. It’s food produce & also restaurant concepts are almost endless. According to my research, some Italian or French restaurant owner Chefs here think that after their own experiences training or living overseas, they think Kyushu is also a similar very large Island with other smaller off islands 🌴, almost like some regional places in Europe. So they will try to use local produce here to emulate the same concept, if not better~! @Michelinguide 😋😋😋
• Sardinian #Seadas Pastry with soured Cheese, Lemon zest, Bitter Orange Honey 苦いオレンジ蜂蜜, Vanilla Ice Cream ¥1,000. Great to find this recipe in Fukuoka 福岡 too.

Day 1 Breakfast Wrap:
Nuco Wrap
Mashed Avocado (with Lime and Salt)
Smoked Salmon
Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
Day 3 Chicken Liver Recipe:
500g Liver
Coconut Aminos
Apple Cider/coconut vinegar
salt
kale
capsicum
Ginger powder
Day 4 Scrambled Egg Wrap
Make your eggs your favourite way. I like scramble eggs for wraps.
I used Byron Bay Chilli Salsa in my wrap with some salad leaves!
VERY TASTY!
Day 4 Lunch Nandos Chicken
Home made Vegetables lol. I need to get my veges in so I brought my own!
Day 4 Chicken Broth with Vegetables
This was cooked a month ago and I just freezed it in the freezer. My chicken broth is usually cooked in a slow cooker for about 24 hours. Very tasty! I add a bit of apple cider vinegar and salt. That's it!
Day 5 Prawn Salad
A bit bunch of mix salad leaves
Tomatoes
Capsicum
Byron Bay Chilli Salsa (mild)
Avocado
Purple Carrots
(Add your favourite vegetables - you can use cucumber, or even feta cheese!)
I stir fry the prawn with some coconut oil, salt, ginger powder and a bit of chilli powder too.
Grill the liver in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Then mashed it into minced liver.
Now cook capsicum with coconut oil and add kale and cook for another minute. Set it aside
Use more coconut oil and pan fry the minced liver! Add some salt, apple cider vinegar, ginger powder and coconut aminos.
