第一次接觸crystal singing bowls，仲要係係sacred triangle裡面 😳 呢個 #音頻治療同我熟悉的音叉好唔同，不是主要靠樂理或音頻/七輪認識而是靠一種super focus，慢慢又同時決絕地做出circular motion慢動作讓singing bowl響起。但跟音叉一樣的就是心要靜，理念要正，自己也要跟道具有共鳴～一開始玩我緊張心煩的時候真的怎轉都沒有聲！之後 @olivewongchui 提我心靜就能轉出美麗的頻率了🥲🤍 Thank you for inviting me to your lovely space and this event.

長大後越來越容易失去「靜」的同時，也越來越難聽到自己的聲音。我有段時間每次閉上眼想睡覺的時候腦海就會開始好吵，比白天忙碌的時候更疲倦。就這樣失眠了很久。原來心「靜」那麼重要。今次的音頻治療單曲k對我來說可能不只是一個嘗試，也是一個需要～希望我們都可以找回 #聲之靜，在喧嘩事情中聽到自己，好好睡覺，好好休息🤍

The idea to incorporate Tuning forks and sound healing into Cantopop was maybe more a necessity for me than a simple experiment. It’s harder and harder to hear ourselves as we get older and I spent many sleepless months lost in the noise of my own mind. Trying to find a way out, I came across sound healing and it helped me with insomnia. I hope more people can experience this natural therapy and that this song can help us find peace and the beauty in the Sound of Silence.
