*** รัสเซียโดนแบนห้ามแข่งโอลิมปิก แต่คว้าเหรียญติดอันดับ Top 5 ***

รัสเซียโดนแบนจากโอลิมปิกเหรอ? เหตุใดเราจึงยังเห็นนักกีฬารัสเซียลงแข่งโอลิมปิก ทั้งๆ ที่องค์กรต่อต้านการใช้สารต้องห้ามโลก (WADA) สั่งลงโทษห้ามรัสเซียจัดหรือเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาระดับนานาชาติ? เราจะไปย้อนดูกันสั้นๆ นะครับ...

นับตั้งแต่ธ.ค. 2019 รัสเซียโดนแบนจากเหตุใช้สารกระตุ้นในการแข่งกีฬาเป็นเวลา 4 ปี แม้ในเดือนธ.ค. 2020 จะมีการลดโทษลงครึ่งหนึ่ง แต่พวกเขายังถูกแบนจากการแข่งขันโตเกียวโอลิมปิก, โอลิมปิกฤดูหนาวที่จีน และฟุตบอลโลกที่การ์ตาในปี 2022

วงการกีฬารัสเซียมีชื่อเสียงอื้อฉาวเรื่องการใช้สารกระตุ้นตั้งแต่ยังเป็นสหภาพโซเวียต แต่เรื่องเพิ่งมาเป็นกระแสดังเอาครั้งแรกในปี 2014 ที่รัสเซียเป็นเจ้าเหรียญทองในการแข่งขันโอลิมปิกฤดูหนาวที่เมืองโซชิ ทำให้มีการจัดตั้ง WADA ขึ้นเพื่อตรวจสอบเรื่องนี้

จากนั้นรัสเซียก็โดนแฉอย่างหนัก ทั้งจาก WADA และองค์กรนานาชาติอื่นๆ ว่าสนับสนุนการใช้สารกระตุ้นกับนักกีฬานับพันราย จนปี 2017 คณะกรรมการโอลิมปิกสากล (IOC) ได้แบนให้รัสเซียห้ามแข่งกีฬาโอลิมปิกฤดูหนาวที่เมืองเปียงชาง เกาหลีใต้ แต่ยังอนุญาตให้นักกีฬารัสเซียที่ผ่านการตรวจสารเข้าแข่งได้แบบ "ไม่สังกัดประเทศ"

ในปี 2019 แม้รัสเซียจะยื่นข้อมูลการตรวจสอบให้ WADA แต่ทางองค์กรยังพบความขัดแย้งในข้อมูล สุดท้ายเลยโดนแบนจากการแข่งขันระดับนานาชาติทั้งจาก WADA และองค์กรกรีฑาโลก แต่กระนั้นเองก็ไม่ได้มีการกลับคำตัดสินที่เคยให้ไว้ว่า นักกีฬารัสเซียสามารถลงแข่งแบบไม่มีสังกัดหรือไม่ใช้ชื่อประเทศได้

ดังนั้นรัสเซียจึงแก้เกม ลงแข่งโอลิมปิกโตเกียวในนาม “คณะกรรมการโอลิมปิกรัสเซีย” (Russia Olympic Committee หรือ ROC) โดยใช้ธงคณะกรรมการฯ แทนธงชาติ (แต่ชุดแข่งกีฬายังใช้สีธงชาติคือ ขาว น้ำเงิน แดง อยู่) และหากชนะได้รับเหรียญ ก็จะเปิดเพลง Piano Concerto No.1 ของปีเตอร์ ไซคอฟสกี แทนเพลงชาติ และหลังจากนี้ก็จะเก็บสถิติเหรียญเพิ่มเติมเป็นของประเทศรัสเซียนั่นแหละ พูดง่ายๆ คือเป็นรัสเซียทุกอย่าง แต่ไม่เรียกตัวเองว่ารัสเซียเท่านั้น

นี่เองจึงเป็นที่มาของ ROC ในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ ซึ่งน่าสนใจว่า “รัสเซียทิพย์” จะได้เหรียญไปครองจำนวนเท่าไหร่ โดยตอนนี้ (ข้อมูลวันที่ 27 ก.ค.) พวกเขาอยู่ที่อันดับ 4 รองจากจีน, อเมริกา และญี่ปุ่น

ก็ต้องดูว่าหากยังอยู่ลำดับ Top 5 ต่อไปเรื่อยๆ รัสเซียจะต้องเผชิญข้อครหาอีกหรือไม่? ในเมื่อยังไม่มีข้อสรุปที่แน่นอนต่อสายตาชาวโลกว่าพวกเขายังคงสนับสนุนนักกีฬาใช้สารกระตุ้นหรือเปล่า?

is the official Olympic video game of the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. It was published by Sega. Its international launch is planned in 2020 for Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It was released in Japan on July 24, 2019, exactly one year to the beginning of the 2020 Summer Olympics.
features 80 national teams, and more than 26 events. Players can make their own players, and play against fictional players in any mode, or licensed players by playing vs top athlete in training mode.
