Yesterday at Red Bull 400 Titisee-Neudstat 2021
1st photo: I was so happy to meet someone I knew, Founder of Red Bull 400, Mr. Andreas Berger at the race site. We met back in Red Bull 400 Copperpeak 2019 in Ironwood, US (2nd photo). I enjoyed the race so much, especially the pain of it. We had a quick chat about it. I will come back for a revenge when there is an opportunity again 😆 I still want to win the trophy 🏆
We both were surprised to see each other in the race 🤣
3rd photo: 5th placing pose right before the entrance to the battlefield. I went in twice yesterday.

Final Day in Germany and I am here in Freiburg. Went for a morning run with new friend I met at the Red Bull 400 Titisee-Neudstat yesterday, Olli.
Thanks for showing me around and super happy to do a short stairs session! Love this spiral staircase. I missed stairs so so much.

This is Lake Titisee in Black Forest, Germany.
The Introduction is the making of the Original Cuckoo Clock, one major attraction within the Black Forest area. After that, Lake Titisee. Sorry if the video is a bit shaky, I had quite some high quality German Brewed Beer. Background music is Sonatina in G by Ludwig Van Beethoven from Germany.

海德堡Heidelberg是德國巴登-符騰堡州的城市，位於斯圖加特和法蘭克福之間，座落於內卡河畔。2002年城市方圓109平方千米內有人口140,000。內卡河在此處由狹窄而陡峭的Odenwald山谷流向萊茵河河谷，並與萊茵河在海德堡西北20千米的曼海姆交匯。著名的海德堡城堡Heidelberger Schloss是建於十三世紀的古城，位於高出內卡河200米的王座山上，歷時400年才完工。城堡主要用紅褐色的內卡河砂岩築成，城堡內部結構複雜，包括防禦工事、居室和宮殿等。是哥特式、巴羅克式及文藝復興三種風格的混合體，屬德國文藝復興時期的全表作，俯視狹長的海德堡老城。它是一個充滿活力的傳統和現代混合體。過去它曾是科學和藝術的中心，如今的海德堡延續傳統，在城市內和城市附近建有許多研究中心。海德堡不僅有著引以為榮的中世紀城堡，歐洲最古老的教育機構之海德堡大學亦座落其中。於1817年發明自行車的Karl Drais也是海德堡大學的學生。城堡多數的房間開放給遊客參觀，保存完好的一些大廳，仍可舉行宴會以及藝術表演。未修復的部分仍為殘垣斷壁，上部某些房間只留有一面外牆。內卡河與古橋Alte Bruecke 是一座有9個橋拱的石橋，跨越內卡河南北兩岸，於1786─1788年間由Elector Karl Theodor所建造。河南岸的橋頭有一座橋頭堡巍然屹立，與山上的海德堡古堡遙相應襯。橋頭堡有兩座圓塔，塔下面的門洞原來是海德堡老城的入城口，圓塔也曾經作過牢房使用。海德堡古橋是海德堡美景和靈氣的渾然天成的點睛的一筆，恰是海德堡的象徵。聖靈教堂Heiliggeistkirche在騎士之家（最初專營中國的綾羅綢緞）Hauz Zum Ritter St. Georg的對面，1398建成，為巴羅克風格的建築，有漂亮的尖塔。
狄的斯湖是德國西南部巴登-符滕堡州黑森林南部的一個湖泊，據說得名於羅馬皇帝提圖斯。它的面積為1.3 km²，平均深度為20 米。由 Feldberg 冰川形成，在更新世，冰磧物挖掘形成了今天的湖岸。這個湖泊的出口，海拔840 米，是Gutach河。狄的斯湖需要使用很長的時間結冰，因在冬季時常有風來促使湖的表面不會結冰。冬季結冰部分可以公開讓公眾使用。布穀鳥鐘Kuckucksuhr產自德國黑森林地區，它的內部有設計精巧的齒輪裝置，每到半點和整點，鐘上方的小木門就會自動打開，並且出現一個會報時的布穀鳥，發出悅耳的「咕咕」的叫聲。因此，也稱作咕咕鐘。19世紀後半葉起，布穀鳥鐘成為世界聞名的紀念品和外國人眼中德國的一種標誌。
