This is not a big deal at all, but never ever thought I would be able to win my first silver medal 🥈in badminton 🏸 at this time of my life.

由細到大自己最喜愛及自覺有些天份的運動就是羽毛球。但因我於溫哥華讀的小區學校沒有羽毛球隊伍，所以從來都無機會受到任何正統訓練，就是中小學期間於運動課與同學們切磋，比試一番。

之後，一直偶爾有機會都會同朋友打波，直至疫情開始後就再無打了。沒想到有天經理人突然問我想參加一個運動會嗎，我當下沒有多想，就好興奮不已地表示，好呀，我好想打羽毛球呀。

就這樣，比賽前一星期，重執起球拍，短短練習了，於什麼賽制及有什麼對手都不知情的情況下就去參加了人生第一個正式的羽毛球比賽。

我成日都覺得自己算是個處變不驚及淡定的人，但原來於一個比賽的情況底下，我是會多麼的緊張。雖然我表情管理看似充滿自信，但沒有誇張，我真的緊張到手震，嚴重到開波都可以打左去隔離場，也有很多失誤🙈你懂我嗎？

但能夠於23位選手中贏得銀牌真是又驚又喜，而當日最開心的事，就是所有參賽者，主持，評判及工作人員們都是相當友善及鼓勵性非常強，充份讓我感到運動的喜悅及體育精神。

這個比賽讓我感到彷彿回到中學時，那種青春及熱血是無法取代的。我會好好收於記憶裡，希望大家都可以放膽去完成一件讓你熱血沸騰的事吧。

最後恭喜Cindy李思雅，這個女生不但是職業網球員水準，什麼運動似乎都難不倒她👍🏻

仲有好開心可以認識到羽毛球專家及前港隊代表Jenny，她竟說她願意陪我打羽毛球🥲期待🏸🥰

因為不斷分享在日本便利店美食而受到關注的加拿大奧運採訪記者Devin Heroux，最近收到了一封來自日本媽媽Yoko、溫暖的英文親筆信。Yoko在twitter看到Devin關於7-11美食的帖文，對於記者們因疫情限制活動感到抱歉。同時間她希望Devin能享受日本之旅，所以送上了100Yen店的積木小禮物，並介紹100Yen是個好地方。Yoko最後在疫情完結後Devin可以再度來日本。
