每一個“動物”運動要維持一分鐘
Do each animal "walk" for *one minute* straight without rest.
1. Cat/cow stretch - take your time with this one. Really get a good back stretch.

2. Crab walk. Hips up as high as possible.

3. Bunny hop.

4. Caterpillar crawl - go slow. Deep hamstring stretch (advanced: add a push up)

5. Bear crawl - knees as low as possible without touching the floor.

6. Frog jump

7. Gorilla squat - Go as low as you can

8. Starfish jump - go we high as you can.
海星
9. Downward dog. Slow deep full body stretch.
