The history of Makha Bucha is considered an important day of Buddhism. Due to an important event that occurred more than 2,500 years ago, the Lord Buddha Kotama delivered a speech in the midst of the Great Confederation of Buddhism.
Formerly there was no worshiping ceremony in Theravada Buddhism.
