Anger, aggression and bitterness are like thieves in the night who steal our ability to love and care. Is it possible to turn that negativity around and chill out so we can wish our abuser well? This may sound challenging or even absurd, but it can make life's difficulties far more tolerable.
🌞 Recognize no one harms another unless they are in pain themselves. : Ever noticed how, when you're in a good mood, it's hard for you to harm or hurt anything? But when you are in bad mood, you are more impulsive.
🌞 No one can hurt you unless you let them: When someone hurts us, we are inadvertently letting them have an emotional hold over us. Instead, if someone yells at you, let them scream; it makes them happy!
🌞 Respect yourself enough that you want to feel good: Don't respond to them with negativity, turn it around within yourself and began to wish them well.
🌞 Consider how you may have contributed to the situation: It's all too easy to point fingers and blame the perpetrator, but no difficulty is entirely one-sided. So contemplate your piece in the dialogue or what you may have done to add fuel to the fire.
🌞 Extend kindness: That doesn't mean you're like a doormat that lets others trample all over you while you lie there and take it. But it does mean letting go of negativity sooner than you might have done before so that you can replace it with compassion.
🌞 Meditate: Meditation takes the heat out of things and helps you cool off, so you don't overreact. A daily practice we use focuses on a person we may have difficulty with or have a problem with us. We hold them in our hearts and say: "May you be well! May you be happy! May all things go well for you!"
Been there, done that and I know by first-hand experience that reacting to hate and bitterness is only allowing yourself to feel bad for something you didn't do (in most cases). The best thing you can do is put yourself out of the drama and be at peace.

📍 3.【肌肉生長|肌耐力】
➤ 中強度高反覆,力竭式訓練。
➤ RM次數強度換算表參考。
➤ 固定強度(重量)不變,提高次數的訓練方向。
假設你的1RM=100kg,你的65kg是12RM,狂練這個重量,讓次數上升。
➤ 高反覆能力組成:最大肌力提升,肌耐力提升。
➤ 肌耐力,在周邊肌肉組織的能量運用能力與效率。
➤ Super Squat (呼吸式深蹲):用10RM的重量,透過組間深呼吸來蹲總數20下。(重耐力訓練)
➤ 肌肉生長有效機制:機械性壓力(夠重) & 代謝性壓力(夠痛苦) & 肌纖維的損傷與修補。
➤ 因為居家健身,能取得的重量有限,就用同樣重量往上練次數,也有很好的肌肉生長效果。
➤ 此點三大好處:
1.) 肌耐力變好,能量系統效率變高。
2.) 肌肉生長。
3.) 最大肌力水準的維持與保質(進步不容易,維持相對簡單)。
➤ 最大肌力保鮮期約一個月,爆發力水準保鮮期約一週。
➤ 若封城超過3~6個月,當然最大肌力水準必然下降,
若只掉到90~80%,然後靠肌肉生長|肌耐力訓練來維持住,會是還不錯的結果。

Đây là một video vài khoảnh khắc vui vẻ của tháng 4, mình nhận ra đã lâu rồi không có monthly vlog như ngày xưa nhỉ, mình mong là mọi người vẫn đón nhận :p
Trong video này mình sẽ đi chụp ảnh thẻ, phải chụp ở máy photomaton chứ không phải thợ ảnh nên không chủ động cho lắm. Rồi mình có đi picnic với các bạn, và lại là routine từ nhà ra công viên và ra chợ :)) À điểm nổi bật của tháng là Khanh và Dương đã giới thiệu cho mình BTS :P
Sắp tới cuộc sống sẽ trở lại bình thường do bên này mọi người bắt đầu được tiêm vaccine đầy đủ rồi. Mình chắc cũng sẽ quay lại công ty chứ không làm việc ở nhà nữa, như vậy bận hơn và sẽ không ra được video đều, nên mọi người xem tranh thủ đi vầy nè hehe
Tình hình dịch ở nhà lại bắt đầu căng thẳng, mình chúc mọi người vui khoẻ và chống dịch an toàn nhé !

Hi everyone !
This is a video of the fun moments I recorded in April. I realize it's been a long time without releasing a monthly vlog as I did before, I hope everyone will still enjoy it :p
In this video, I'm going to take a new ID photo, I have to take it at a photo booth so it is not very practical. Then I had a picnic with my friends, and then it’s just going to be my routine home - park, home - grocery shopping. Oh, the highlight of the month was Khanh and Duong introducing me to BTS :P
Soon, life in France will return to normal because everyone has started to get vaccinated. I'll probably go back to my office as well and not work from home anymore. I’ll be busier and won't be able to make videos regularly, so everyone, please enjoy this one a lot!
