🔔#你的肝包太多油了嗎❗❗
🎯#脂肪肝 是國人常見的肝臟疾病，早期沒有明顯症狀，長期下來卻可能演變為肝炎、肝硬化或肝癌，迄今仍缺乏有效治療藥物💊。本院生物化學研究所 #陳瑞華 特聘研究員團隊發現一種操控細胞自噬(autophagy)的新機制，✅經動物實驗證明能 #抑制脂肪肝形成。
#什麼是細胞自噬
細胞自噬是細胞的主要資源回收機制，可消除細胞內的老舊廢物，或選擇性地清除細胞內的過多脂肪。
👨🔬👩🔬研究團隊發現一個名為UBE3C的泛素接合酶與一個名為TRABID的去泛素酶，共同調控細胞自噬因子VPS34，以達到細胞內的恆定狀態 👇
1⃣UBE3C藉分枝型泛素化修飾VPS34蛋白質，導致VPS34降解(degradation)，被分解為小片段，#抑制 細胞自噬功能。
2⃣TRABID去除VPS34的泛素化修飾，使其不被降解，#促進 細胞自噬。
團隊以高脂飼料餵食小鼠誘發產生脂肪肝後，發現小鼠肝細胞內 #TRABID表現量下降，#無法啟動肝臟細胞的自噬作用。當這些小鼠被注射以腺病毒載體攜帶的TRABID基因，四週後從細胞切片觀察，✅肝臟油脂含量明顯減少，✅能抑制脂肪肝形成。

陳瑞華表示，「🎉本研究對於脂肪肝的治療提供新契機，若能研發出提高TRABID表現或其活性的 #藥物，則可能阻斷脂肪肝的形成，進而預防肝功能異常、肝臟發炎等相關疾病。」
🌏研究成果於本(110)年2月發表在國際期刊《自然通訊》(Nature Communications)。

Fatty liver is a prevalent liver disease in Taiwan and worldwide and is associated with obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Although fatty liver is normally asymptomatic, its progression can lead to hepatitis, cirrhosis, and even liver cancer. The research team of Dr. Ruey-Hwa Chen at Institute of Biological Chemistry identifies a novel autophagy regulatory mechanism and a potential of preventing fatty liver progression by manipulating this mechanism. The study has recently been published on February 26 in Nature Communications.

簡介
Tan Che Kim, a doctor who has practiced medicine in Tainan for nearly 20 years, saving countless people’s lives. Tan often shares contents such as the correct concepts of medical care or the ideas of doctor-patient relationship on social media.
The death of his mother triggered his determination to study medicine. As the SARS pandemic broke out in Taiwan, Tan decided to devote himself to the field of intensive care.
Along the journey of being a doctor who not only cures illness but warms people's hearts, there must be some unknown hardships and stories worth sharing.
In his TEDx talk, Tan encouraged people to take a look at themselves from a whole new perspective and rethink the values of life.
陳志金是一位在台南行醫將近20年的醫生，在這麼長的歲月裡，拯救過許多的生命。投身於重症領域的陳醫師時常在個人的社群平台上，分享正確的醫療觀念以及醫病關係等相關課題。
經歷過母親過世使他決心學醫，到後來SARS在台灣爆發，使他决定投身重症醫療的領域。想必這過程中必有些不為人知的心路歷程及挑戰，才能讓這位台灣女婿成為現在備受尊敬的醫師。
相信這位總是秉持著尊重家屬、醫病卻也醫心的醫師會有許多要和大家分享的事，也期待透過他的分享，大家能從不一樣的角度去思考自己的生命價值。
A doctor who has worked in the intensive care unit (ICU) for almost twenty years.
