Oats was a staple in my daily diet when I was breastfeeding. But after I have weaned off, I realised that I haven’t been taking enough oats.

Showing you how to avoid sugar in every day foods!
The struggle is real. Its not easy to avoid sugar in today's environment because it seems that sugar has become a staple ingredient in almost everything.
Going out for a meal with a friend, I had to be more mindful of the foods that I wanted to pick from the menu because so much of it sounded like it would have hidden sugars in it.
Then I went to the grocery store and that's where the real challenge of trying to avoid sugar landmines really lies!! Be aware of always reading the labels, the ingredients lists and the nutrition information to find out exactly what you are gettting from your products.

【お肉不要の豆腐キーマカレー】
日本人が愛してやまないカレー、いつでもどんな時でも食べたくなる国民食といっても過言ではないカレー!
とても美味しいですが太りやすいイメージが強く、ダイエット中は我慢するという方も多いのではないでしょうか?
そんなダイエッターのために、お肉を使わず豆腐で作るキーマカレーを紹介させていただきます。
もう我慢しなくても大丈夫!!お肉を使っていないとは言われなかったら気付かないほどの美味しさで、食べ応えも抜群!!
しかも、今回の『豆腐キーマカレー』は電子レンジで超簡単に作れるので、ぜひお試しください!!!
〈材料〉(3人分)
木綿豆腐 350g
玉ねぎ 1/2個
にんじん 1/2本
カレールー 2かけ
にんにくチューブ 2㎝分
しょうがチューブ 4㎝分
ケチャップ 大さじ2
ウスターソース 大さじ1
塩 ブラックペッパー 適量
温かいご飯 3人分

The curry which a Japanese cannot help loving, the curry which are not exaggeration even if I say a national staple to want to eat at any time anytime!
It is very delicious, the image that is easy to gain weight is strong, and is there not much enduring during diet?
For such a dieter, please let me introduce keema curry to make with tofu without using the meat.
It is all right even if I do not endure it anymore! !With a taste as I do not notice if not said not to use the meat, I eat and am distinguished for meeting it! !
