學會運用資源

我必須快速學會站在阿里巨人肩膀上，搞定自己想做的事。這讓我想起一個說法，即使你給一位遊戲新手最高階的武器，他也打不贏一位普通裝備的遊戲專家。

因為新手不熟悉規則，更沒有靈活運用資源的能力。這資源可以是權力、金錢或時間等。一位不曾管理鉅款且未曾受過金融知識訓練的人，即使拿到了龐大財富也不知如何處理，只能在自己有限認知範圍中挑選一個理財方法。

而這可從兩層面切入，思維與執行。

首先是擁有運用龐大資源的思維，或說格局。我必須理解集團所有資源分布狀態，並從中找出適合我目標的資源方。換句話說，我得把個人工作策略建立在整個集團資源之上。

訓練我的思維格局，這非常有挑戰。

光是盤點與熟悉集團資源就夠嗆了，阿里超過 25 個事業體，每個事業體又有眾多業務。所以我逼自己盡量約人喝咖啡，認識其他部門業務內容。
