*Sukatan ini boleh dapat dalam 1 loyang kecil saja. Sesuai untuk anda yang first time nak try buat. Kalau rasa nak kek yang lebih besar, boleh gandakan sukatan ya.
CARA-CARA
Dah sedia dengan bahan-bahan? Ini langkahnya.
1. Pukul Cream Cheese Dan Susu Pekat
Mula-mula, pukul cream cheese dan susu pekat sampai berkrim dan tak berketul. Kalau nak kurang manis boleh kurangkan susu pekat ya.
Nak pukul gunakan mixer boleh, nak gunakan blender pun boleh.
2. Asingkan Telur Putih & Pukul
Seterusnya, asingkan telur putih dan telur kuning.
Ambil telur putih dan pukul sampai teksturnya berkrim (meringue).
3. Masukkan Telur Kuning Dalam Adunan Cream Cheese
Telur kuningnya pula jangan dibuang. Masukkan ke dalam adunan cream cheese yang telah dipukul bersama susu pekat tadi.
4. Campurkan Semua Bahan
Sekarang kita campurkan kesemua adunan yang di atas tadi sehingga sebati. Kaupkan saja guna senduk.
5. Tuang Dalam Loyang
Tuangkan adunan ini ke dalam loyang yang dah dilapik dengan baking paper. Kalau tak ada, boleh guna kertas buku biasa yang kosong.
6. Bakar
Panaskan oven dengan suhu 150 darjah selama 10 minit. Bakar secara water bath (isi loyang dalam bekas berisi air, macam dalam gambar di bawah).
Letak air dalam loyang bawah, agak-agak dalam setengah loyang saja. Jangan sampai melimpah bila kita letak loyang kek tu. Masa panaskan oven, air tu akan mendidih.
Cara bakar secara ‘waterbath’.
Bakar pada 160 darjah untuk 30 minit pertama dengan api atas bawah.
Rendahkan suhu pada 150 darjah untuk 25 minit seterusnya atau sehingga masak.
Kadang-kadang ikut oven juga, suhu mungkin berbeza. Jadi kalau nak pastikan sama ada dah masak atau belum, boleh cucuk dengan lidi dan tengok sama ada teksturnya masih melekat atau tak.
7. Sejukkan
Bila dah masak, biarkan 15 minit dalam oven dan barulah keluarkan ya. Pintu oven tu bukakan sedikit.
8. Topping
Akhir sekali, bolehlah letak topping ikut kegemaran anda. Makan saja pun dah sedap.
Yang ini saya gunakan parutan keju cheddar. Kalau nak cairkan parutan keju pada topping tu, boleh masukkan kejap dalam oven.
MEMANG GEBU & LEMBUT!
Beginilah hasilnya, memang gebu dan lembut. Kalau buat topping dengan parutan keju yang dibakar macam di atas, terasa kerangupannya pada bahagian luar. Kombinasi yang lazat!

MATERIALS
120 g Tatura Cream Cheese
120 g Sweet Pekat Milk
3 B grade egg seeds
* This measure can be obtained in just 1 small slugs. Suitable for those of you who are the first time to try to do it. If you feel like wanting a bigger cake, you can double the measure.
THE WAYS
Ready with the ingredients? This is the step.
1. Hit Cream Cheese And Milk
At first, hit cream cheese and condemned milk until creamy and non stop. If you want to be less sweet, you can reduce your thick milk.
If you want to hit using mixer, you can use a blender too.
2. Foreign White Eggs & Hit
Next, separate egg white and egg yolk.
Take the egg white and punch until the texture is creamy (meringue).
3. Include Yellow Eggs In Cream Cheese Mix
Don't throw the yellow egg away. Put it in the cream cheese mix that was hit with the thick milk just now.
4. Mix All Material
Now we mix all of the mixes above until the whole day. You just use a spoon.
5. Pour In The Loyang
Pour this mix into a glutton that has been covered with baking paper. If you don't have it, you can use an empty normal book paper.
6. Burns
Heat the oven with a temperature of 150 degrees for 10 minutes. Burn in water bath (containing water container in water, as in the picture below).
Put the water in the bottom glue, just a half of the grease. Don't overflow when we put the cake's shade. Time to heat the oven, the water will boil.
How to burn the waterbath.
Burn at 160 degrees for the first 30 minutes with fire top bottom.
Lower the temperature to 150 degrees for the next 25 minutes or until cooking.
Sometimes in the oven too, temperatures may be different. So if you want to make sure if you're cooking or not, you can stab it with lidi and see if the texture is still attached or not.
7. Cool
When you cook, leave it for 15 minutes in the oven and just get it out. The oven door opened a little.
8. Topping
Finally, you can put the topping on your favorite. Just eat it's delicious.
This one I used cheddar cheese grater. If you want to melt the cheese grater on the topping, you can put it in the oven.
INDEED & SOFT!
This is how it goes, it's fluffy and soft. When topping with a cheese grater that burns like on the top, it feels like the scallops on the outside. What a great combination!
It's not difficult to make cheese cake, right?

❤️ SAINT HONORE : MAYBE WE'VE HAD TOO HIGH EXPECTATIONS 🤔
Hôm vừa rồi 2 đứa phân vân giữa 2 nơi để ăn tráng miệng : Saint-Honoré và một nơi khác, nhưng sau đó thì C bảo vs J là thôi, chỗ kia để ăn sau còn muốn ăn ngon thì SH chắc kèo là bánh ngon rồi vì nghĩ là tiệm bánh Pháp có tiếng mà 😅
2 đứa có gọi Cheesecake, Chocolate đen và 1 viên truffle, Florentine (Bánh quy caramel hạnh nhân), Macaron, Bánh quế cuộn và Machiato nóng.
Cà phê, florentine khá thơm ngon, macaron ăn được, bánh cuộn quế ăn tạm. Mấy thứ còn lại ko có gì ngon cả. Mấy viên scl đc bán vs giá hơn 70k/100g nhưng có ăn y như scl 110k/kg nấu chảy đổ khuôn. Truffle đáng ra phải mềm mà C phải lấy dĩa (nĩa) xiên tí thì vỡ đĩa 😵 Cheesecake xắn ra rơi lả tả, kết cấu bánh ko liên kết, vị cheese thiếu sự nổi bật, không đủ ngậy, không có hương thơm đặc trưng của cheesecake.
Căn bản là khác xa so vs tưởng tượng của 2 đứa về một cửa hàng bánh Pháp.

The other day we were choosing between two places to have dessert, Saint Honore and another place.But after that I said to J "Naah, we can check the other place in another day". Saint Honore will be 100% sure, it will be good for sure because it’s a really famous French bakery 😅
We had cheesecake, dark chocolate, a piece of truffle, Florentine, macarons, cinnamon roll and a hot macchiato.
Coffee and Florentine were pretty good, macarons were nice too, and the cinnamon roll was okayish but the rest of the stuff wasn’t good at all 😔The dark chocolate was sold for more than 70k/100gr but it tasted like 100k/kg chocolate pour into a mold, truffle was supposed to be soft but we had to use the fork to stab it and we almost broke the plate.The cheesecake broke into many pieces when you try to scoop it, the texture wasn’t compact enough. It didn’t have much cheese flavor...
Basically it was far different from my expectations.

It’s a tender smoky pork neck with the sour, sweet, salty and spicy dipping sauce “Nam Jim Jaew(แจ่ว)”, and goes well with sticky rice and is perfectly delicious as well. So Yummy.

🇹🇭 How to make Thai Grilled Pork Neck With Spicy Dipping Sauce Recipe
Kor Moo Yang With Nam Jim Jaew Recipe
☞ Yielded: 2-3 servings
✎ Ingredients
☞ For marinated
pork neck 200~220g
palm sugar 1tsp, 7g
fish sauce 1tsp, 5g
oyster sauce 1tsp, 6g
soy sauce 1tsp, 6g
☞ For toasted rice coarse powder
raw dry sticky rice 50g
** can also use jasmine rice
** In this recipe we only need 13g roasted rice coarse powder, rest can stored for next time
☞ For dipping sauce
Fish Sauce 40g, 4 tbsp
lim juice 35g, 3 tbsp
tamarind puree 30g, 2 tbsp
palm sugar 30g, 2 tbsp
dried chili flakes 8g, 1.5 tbsp
roasted rice coarse powder 13g, 1.5 tbsp
red onion Q.S.
fresh coriander Q.S.
spring onion Q.S.
** If you don’t have palm sugar, you can use granulated sugar or brown sugar
✎ Instruction
☞ Step 1: Marinade
1. In a small bowl, pour oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, mix well and then add palm sugar, keep stirring, make sure the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Use a fork to stab the pork neck with holes evenly across the surface.
3. In a large bowl, put the marinade all over the pork, make sure the pork is totally coated. Let the pork marinate overnight or at least 2 hours in the fridge.
** This is a easy way to make the marinade, you can use grind the garlic, cilantro roots and peppercorns at first, then add the rest of wet ingredients to mix together, but the Jaew sauce is full of flavor, so the pork doesn't need too much additional seasoned at all.
☞ Step 2: Make the toasted rice coarse powder
1. Place the clean raw sticky rice in a dry pan, fry and toast the rice over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the rice gets a golden yellow color.
2. Put the rice in a mortar and pestle or food processor to grind the sticky rice into a coarse powder, with no big grains, but not too fine either. You can put it in the container.
☞ Step 3: Make dipping sauce
1. Slice the red onion, remove the roots of coriander and chop into small pieces, finely chop spring onion. Set aside.
2. Mix the sauce. In a small bowl, pour fish sauce, lime juice, tamarind puree and palm sugar, mix it until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Add the chili flakes and roasted rice powder, stir and mix well.
4. Add all vegetables in, including chopped spring onion, chopped coriander and sliced onion until well combined.
Step 4: Grill the pork & serve
1. Grill the pork.
✔ Use the Grill/Griddle-- First, preheat to high heat on one side grill plate, when hot put down the marinated pork evenly spaced. Grill for 5~6 minutes each side. The grilling time will depend on the thickness and size of meat.
✔ Use the pan-- Just heat a pan on medium high heat, when the pan is hot enough, place the pork in the pan and cook for 2~3 minutes each side or until slightly charred on the outside.
✔ Use the oven-- Preheat the oven to 220°C, place the pork on a grilling rack and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the other side up halfway through.
2. Transfer the pork to a cutting board, let the pork rest for minutes, then slice to serve with nam jim jaew dipping sauce. Enjoy.

Banana Loaf with chocolate and nuts
Ingredients
Three bananas
3 eggs (room temperature)
100-150g sugar
150g butter (room temperature)
☆ flour 150g
☆ Baking powder 1 tsp
☆ 1/2 tsp salt
Dark chocolate 100g
Cashew nuts or walnuts 100g
Preparation
・Mix the ingredients of ☆ into a bowl and sift.
・Mush the banana roughly with a fork.
・Roast the nuts with a pan and chop them roughly
・When using chocolate bar, roughly chop it
・Apply butter to the form (tin)
・Pre-heat the oven at 175℃
procedure
1. Mix butter with a hand mixer, add sugar little by little, and mix until creamy.
2. Gradually mix the eggs that you just cut into butter.
(If it separates, you can mix a small amount of flour)
3. Put the ☆ingredients into the batter and mix thoroughly.
4. Add banana, chocolate and nuts and mix gently.
