These unique creatures are known as the Bumphead Parrotfish and are always spotted traveling in large schools. Their large head is used to break corals into small pieces so that they'll be easier to eat. If you've dived among these parrotfish before, you know how magical they truly are.

日本さばけるプロジェクトでは、お父さんとお子さんを対象にした魚をさばく体験会「さばける塾」の開催や、
70魚種のさばき方の動画を配信する「さばけるチャンネル」により、
「さばけるパパ」「さばける男子」を増やすムーブメントを全国展開しています。
■日本さばけるプロジェクトとは
魚を”さばく”という行為は、食べるための準備であると同時に、その洗練された一連の動作には、日本が古来から培ってきた和食文化の粋（すい）が詰まっており、見るものに対して時代や世代を越えて大きな感動を与えます。
このプロジェクトでは、そうした動作を単に見るだけでなく、一人ひとりの個人が自分でやってみる、つまり"さばく"ことで生々しい命に触れ、海や自然への恩恵に思いを馳せる、ひいては海への関心や海洋環境の大切さを感じてほしいと願っています。
