Sofie Dossi is an amazing aerialist, contortionist and hand balancer. Her insane flexibility makes us think she doesn’t have a spine. We never thought we would see someone who could shoot arrows on fire with their feet.

While we were in LA we got to spend a couple days filming with Sofie Dossi. She’s an incredible self taught contortionist, aerialist, and hand balancer. She was a finalist in season 11 of America’s Got Talent and has been featured on different shows for the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and The Ellen Show. She also performs around the world and is a huge hit performing at NBA and college basketball games. She was even given the title “Halftime Performer of the Year” by Sports Illustrated in 2017. Sofie has some of the most insane strength and flexibility we have ever seen. It’s crazy to see in person, we don’t get how it’s even possible. It doesn’t seem like she has a spine or bones at all. The highlight of our shoot though was filming her shoot a bow and arrow on fire with her feet. What made it even more entertaining was being able to capture that stunt in super slow motion using a Phantom high speed camera. We filmed the slow motion shots at up to 2500 fps and we’re stoked with how the shots turned out. It was a super fun and exciting shoot. Big thanks to Sofie Dossi and her family for all their help and time making this video possible!
