A lot of people always approach me and tell me about how awesome they feel when they get a good whole-spine-crack when they see a therapist. They have the perception that being able to crack/manipulate a spine means the therapist is skillful.
🚫My answer? Nope.
⚠️There's a distinct difference between manipulation and adjustment.
❌Manipulation is a non-specific procedure that randomly moves the vertebrae without having thorough examination and understanding of the subluxation mechanism.
✅An adjustment is a procedure with proper understanding of the subluxation mechanism. Adjustment is done to a misalign vertebrae in a specific contact and proper line of drive to correct the faulty bone postion to a functional position.
✅To correct a bone with a specific adjustment is not an easy job. It take years to be good at it and it is a forever learning journey. My commitment to be better everyday remains the same since the day I stepped into the chiropractic realm and it hasn't change a bit. I will continue to do my best and heal the world with my hands 🤗
