Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cookie Tart
Cashew butter cookie tart base • almond butter sauce + 66% dark choc ganache

Have been dreaming of a tart like this. Crumbly, dark, not fudgy but gooey. Instead of the usual pate sable, i adapted one of the pb cookie dough recipe from @nytimes and replaced it with @fixandfogg cashew butter. Risk taking here but it worked brilliantly, even better than a usual pate sable dough.
Incredibly tasty that I couldn’t help but polish the entire thing in two mouthfuls 😛
