分享了聖誕禮物推介 -葡萄酒取酒器Coravin新出的醒酒工具, 可以無需開葡萄酒木塞或樽蓋的同時取酒兼醒酒！好玩！早前參加了偉成洋行攪嘅波爾多列級莊葡萄酒晚宴，當中更試了有龍船酒莊之稱的Chateau Beychevelle 的兩個年份，包括2005年及2010年。我覺得2010年還很新，用這新gadget 飲最啱！

Sharing a Christmas gift suggestion - the newly launched Coravin Aerator, where you can get the wine and decant the wine at the same time without opening the wine cork or screw cap. It’s fun and cool! I’d suggest to try the new gadget with Chateau Beychevelle 2010, which I recently tried at Wai Shing’s Bordeaux Grand Cru Classe dinner, which is elegant and young. It’s fun to sip a glass and keep it for later consumption!
