經住在澳門多年的葡萄牙酒友介紹,找到這間位於小巷裡已開業四年的葡萄牙餐廳。在葡萄牙也是開餐廳,這餐廳以家庭式經營,葡國主廚是老闆,甜點都是主廚的媽媽包辨。這次除了因爲太晚去烤豬已賣完以外,幾道招牌菜都有試到。整體菜式都設有花巧的擺盤,就像在家吃的感覺。牛排,蜆,葡式燉飯都非常地道而且好吃。另外一道葡式煎烤三文治之前沒有試過,看似簡單但一試難忘,是我整餐最喜歡的一道。
另外又咸又甜,又像批又像蛋糕的甜點非常特別,配咖啡很棒,不愛甜的我也吃了好幾囗。
看到餐廳有很多厲害酒瓶,很肯定老板是愛酒之人。 推薦的紅酒雖然只是MOP165,但味道很順很好喝。
Referred by a native Portuguese wine friend who lived in Macau for a long time, this four year old restaurant situated in a small alley is found with a bit of effort. With family also operates restaurants back in Portugal, owner chef runs this restaurant in family style, with his mom Maria make all the desserts.
Other than that the roasted pig dish were sold out as I arrived late, I still managed to few most of the other signature dishes. Without fancy plating, every dish including the steak, clams and risotto were authentic and feels like eating at home. And the Portuguese style grilled sandwich (with chorizo, iberico ham, steak and loads of cheese) which I have not tried before was really good, no doubt my favourite dish of the evening. The pie or cake like dessert combined salty and sweet flavour was interesting and well matched with coffee. For a person who doesn’t eat sweets, I had a few bites!
I’m sure the owner is a wine lover as I see many great bottles in the restaurant, and though the 2014 Portuguese red wine recommended was only MOP 165, it’s surprisingly good.

氣炸鍋鹹魚肉餅:
材料:
免治豬肉半斤
鹹魚1件
薑汁
薑絲
處理:
1. 鹹魚剁碎。
2. 放免治豬肉落碗與鹹魚攪勻。
3. 剁碎薑,揸薑汁落豬肉
(隨意)。
4. 切薑絲,放一邊。
5. 豬肉調味:
a. 生粉2茶匙
b. 糖1茶匙
c. 豉油2茶匙
d. 油1茶匙
攪勻。
烹調:
1. 預熱氣炸鍋3分鐘。
2. 在氣炸鍋底盤上掃一層油,先放鹹魚,再放豬肉,攤薄鋪平在底盤上,再灑上生粉。
3. 用180度氣炸20分鐘。
4. 完成,將肉餅及鹹魚夾上碟。
Airfrying Salted fish meat pie:
Ingredients:
Minced pork meat 1/2 catty
Salted fish 1 slice
Ginger juice
Shredded ginger
Preparation:
1. Minced the pork.
2. Put minced pork and salted fish in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Mince the ginger, sqeeze the ginger juice into pork (optional).
4. Shred ginger, put aside.
5. Season the pork meat:
a. Tapioca starch 2 tsp
b. Sugar 1 tsp
c. Light soya sauce 2 tsp
d. Oil 1 tsp
Mix well.
Steps:
1. Preheat the airfryer for 3 minutes.
2. Brush some oil on the rack of airfryer. Put the meat pie in airfryer first, then salted fish on meat pie. Make the pie as thin as possible. Then put tapioca starch on pie.
3. Airfry at 180 C for 20 minutes.
4. Finish. Put meat pie and salted fish on plate. Serve.

スイートポテトのようなさつまいももちのレシピを紹介♪
お家でお手軽おやつを作ってみませんか?
材料
(直径5cm大で7個)
・さつまいも 1本(250〜300g)
・牛乳 大さじ2
・片栗粉 大さじ3
・砂糖 大さじ1
・バター 10g
・白ごま 適量
・はちみつ 適量
手順
1. さつまいもはよく洗い、濡れたままラップで包んだら600wのレンジで5分加熱する
2. 輪切りにして楊枝で皮を除き、なめらかになるまでつぶす
3. 牛乳を加えて混ぜる
4. 片栗粉、砂糖を加えて混ぜ、ぼそぼそしてきたら手でこねる
5. 等分し、成型する
6. フライパンにバターを熱し、5を焼いていく
7. 焼き色がついたらひっくり返し、もう片面にも焼き色をつける
8. 仕上げにごまをのせ、はちみつをかけたら完成!

In Indonesia, the Murtabak is one of the most popular street foods and is known as "martabak". There are two Indonesian versions: a sweet one, and a savory one with egg and meat.
The common ingredients of Indonesian egg martabak, besides the dough, is seasoned ground meat (beef, chicken or mutton), sliced green onions, some herbs (optional), beaten eggs, salt and potatoes. Some street vendors mix the ground beef with curry seasoning. In Indonesia, the common spices to make the seasoned ground meat are shallots, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, some salt and sometimes a little bit of monosodium glutamate. All the spices are ground or minced and stir-fried altogether. Some martabak makers add extra ingredients and other varieties to make their martabak unique, but they all share the same main dough. To sauté martabak, the chef uses a very large flat frying pan or iron griddle. Usually they use vegetable oil to sauté, but it is not uncommon to use ghee or butter too.
Before serving, martabak usually is cut into portions. Savoury versions of martabak in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore usually is served with pickled condiments consisting of diced cucumber, sliced carrot, shallots and sliced chillies in sweetened vinegar. In Malaysia, Singapore and some areas in Sumatra, martabak is served with kari (curry) gravy. In Palembang, another variety to serve martabak is with curry (usually diced potatoes in beef curry) and topped with chillies in sweet-sour soy sauce.
