To follow the workout this is what we did. We only did 2 sets but feel free to go as many sets you like to enhance the workout.
Tyen - Booty Moves 1
- Side steps 10 reps to the right / 10 reps to the left
- Sumo squat pulses 15 reps
- Squat Jacks 10 reps
Linora - Booty Moves 2
- Squat 12/side
- Curtsy Lunge 12/ side
- Frog Pulses 20
Tyen - Abs 1
- Crunches 10
- Reverse crunches 10
- Bicycle crunches with band on feet 10
Linora - Abs 2
- Flutters 15
- Russian Twist with band 12
- Dead Bug 12-15

7. In and Out Jump Squats + 5 bench hops
8. Ice skaters with 4kg dumb bells
9. Russian twist with 4kg dumb bell

Back in KL! Damn son Penang was full of Cheat meals, had like hotdogs and fried Kuey Teow, tons of oily shit food. I'm so exhausted right now but I still have to hit the gym, haven't been consistent lately, so here's today workout!
Legs:
1.Squats Mid Heavy 5x10
2.Leg Press Heavy 4x10
3.Walking Lunges (with weights) 20 steps
4.Leg Extension 4x10
5.Leg Curl 4x10
6.Calves Press 30x5
Stretch for 5min, and move on to cardio.
10min on Incline threadmill machine (Gradient: 8% Speed: 6)
Abdominal after
Decline Sit up with weights 150reps
Russian Twist 150reps
Leg Raise 60reps
Obliques Side Raise 150reps on each side
