早前參加了意大利其中最大的酒莊之一Ruffino的聚會，試了6款葡萄酒，當中最合拍的配搭，必選Ruffino Riserva Ducale Oro-Gold Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2014年紅酒配黑松露碎牛肉意粉。黑松露的誘人香氣同紅酒帶土壤氣息的紅果香互相輝映，帶出更多甜香料及果香，合拍得像黑松露與意大利紅酒在共舞！😋😋 cheers!🍷🎉

Attended Ruffino’s tasting, one of the largest wine producers in Italy & tried 6 of their wines. I like the pairing of black truffle pasta with Ruffino Riserva Ducale Oro-Gold Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2014. The earthy & aromatic smell of black truffle matched perfectly with the Italian red wine with earthy & red fruit notes. It brings out more sweet spices & fruity note. It’s just like black truffle & red wine r dancing together in my mouth! 😋😋cheers!🍷🎉

Attended Ruffino Italian wine tasting with Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Writers Association & chairman Ronny Lau together! Originated from 1877, Ruffino winery has a long history in Italy. Very happy to meet up with Francesco Sorelli, the brand ambassador & tasted 6 wines & grappa together, from Prosecco, white to red wines & end with grappa. I like Ruffino Riserva Ducale Oro-Gold Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2014 paired with black truffle pasta a lot! The aromatic black truffle matched well with the red wine in bringing out more sweet spices & black fruit flavours. Yummy! It’s just abou HK$300 for a Gran Selezione DOCG grade wine, which is very value for money! Cheers! 🍷🎉

【葡萄酒小常識】大家最想要的10款托斯卡尼

一樣，來自Wine-searcher資料庫裡的熱搜前十名，這次講的是托斯卡尼。
完全沒有意外名單，不是超級托斯卡尼就是Brunello di Montalcino，而且只有兩款均價低於100美金，正如文章裡說的，Sangiovese最有代表性但是Cabernet Sauvignon能賺最多錢，無怪乎明明Chianti是托斯卡尼的大產區，但唯一進榜的Ruffino Riserva Ducale要到25名以後，而且搜尋熱度只有前十名的一半。

雖然都是老面恐，但前十名的這些酒，大家還是可以記一記，在商務場合上拿出講講挺有用的。
