Ingredients:
Water Roux (Tangzhong):
- 50g bread flour
- 40ml hot water
Red Bean Paste:
Like I've said, I've cooked 200g of red bean so theres leftover for future bakes!
~200g adzuki beans
I used approx. 2 tsp brown sugar and 2 tsp honey
Brown - because I ran out of white and most importantly tweak the sweetness to your liking!
Dough:
200g Bread Flour
150ml Whole Milk (Room Temp.)
3g Dry Instant Yeast
4g Salt
15g White Sugar
10g Unsalted Butter (Room Temp.)

【Stay Home, Stay Positive!】| 周打蜆湯 Clam Chowder
雖然在家中的時間多了,但興趣還是沒法勉強的。不喜歡下廚的朋友還是會覺得做飯是一份苦差。不要緊吧!就慢慢學習愛上它便好了。不如就從這一道簡單方便的「#周打蜆湯」開始,煮一大鍋便可以吃足多餐,為家人帶來一份幸福暖意!
Why not try to pick up the joy of cooking while staying at home these days ? Cooking might sound a challenge to somebody, but it is all about trying it and messing it. Why don’t we begin with a yummy and easy-to-do dish “Clam Chowder” ? This is such a filling and loving dish that will touch the heart of your family.

-- 周打蜆湯 Clam Chowder --
材料 Ingredients:
- 橄欖油 Olive oil | 3 tbsp
- 乾蔥頭(切碎) Shallots (chopped) | 4 pcs
- 蜆 Clams| ~1 kg
- 百里香 Thyme | 2-3 springs
- 白酒 White wine | 200 ml
- 牛油 Butter | 4 tbsp
- 洋蔥(切碎)Onion (chopped) | 1/2 pc
- 蒜蓉 Garlic (minced) | 1 tbsp
- 紅蘿蔔 (切細末) Carrot (brunoise) | 1/2 pc
- 薯仔(切粒) Potatoes (diced) | 2 pcs
- 麵粉Flour | 120 g
- 雞湯 Chicken stock | 750 ml
- 牛奶 Milk | 300 ml
做法 Method:
1. 先在鍋中放入橄欖油,以中火炒香乾蔥頭,再放入蜆、百里香和白酒,放上鍋蓋,煮4 - 5分鐘直至所有蜆打開煮熟透為止。之後把蜆肉和蜆汁留起備用。
2. 然後,再在鍋中放入牛油,把洋蔥和蒜蓉慢炒至軟身。倒入麵粉煮到變成小麵糊。
3. 分數次把雞湯倒入鍋中,一邊拌勻直至滑身。再加入牛奶煮開。放入薯仔和百里香後,煮約15分鐘。
4. 15分鐘過後,放入紅蘿蔔、蜆肉和蜆汁再煮另外5-10分鐘,加入調味後便完成。
P.S. 喜歡的話可以最後灑上少許番茜碎作點綴~
1. Add olive oil into the pot, sauté the minced shallot until fragrant. Add the clams, thyme and white wine in. Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until all the clams are opened up. Take out the meat and reserve the juice for later use.
2. Add butter into the pot. Slowly cook the onion and garlic until soft and translucent. Add the flour and make a roux.
3. Add the chicken stock into the pot in a few goes. Keep mixing to avoid the lumps. Add the milk and bring it to a boil. Then put the potatoes and thyme in and cook for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, add the carrot, clams and clam juice into the soup. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Season it and it’s done!
P.S. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top and enjoy this perfect meal!

最近、気になる"スープジャー"を使って、忙しい朝にちゃちゃっと できてお昼に温かく食べられる『スープカレー』レシピです。
An easy Curry Soup recipe for busy mornings when you want something warm for lunch.
スープカレーはちょっと素材を工夫すれば、お昼には食べごろになっています。
If you get a little creative with the ingredients, you can make it so the soup is perfect to eat at lunchtime.
玉ねぎもイイ感じに柔らかくなります。職場や学校に行くまでにバックの中で揺られてそのまま入れたカレールーもしっかり溶けます。
The onions become nice and soft and the curry roux fully dissolves as it gets shaken up in your bag on the way to work or school.
できるだけ温かく食べてもらうためにお弁当はランチマットなどに包んで、暖かい場所に置いてあげてください。
To keep it warm, please wrap the bento in a wrapping cloth and place it a warm place.
ランチに ほっこりと温かいカレーが食べられます。アツアツではないので、小さなお子さんのお弁当にも安心です。
It should be warm but not scalding hot by the time you are ready to eat, so it's safe for small children as well.
スープカレーが簡単にできるので、ご飯をくまちゃんにしてみました。ほんわか した くまちゃんでランチタイムを楽しく!

*レシピ*
1.スープカレーを作る。
スープジャーを熱湯で温める。
2.スープジャーを温めている間に材料の準備をします。
ソーセージ(20g)は小さく切る。
3.玉ねぎ(30g)はみじん切りにして、耐熱容器に入れ
サラダ油 小さじ1/2をかけ、軽く混ぜる。
電子レンジに1分30秒かける。
4.スープジャーのお湯を捨て、
玉ねぎ、ソーセージ、一人前のカレールーと分量通りの熱湯を入れ
フタをする。
5.ご飯の準備をする。
ハムやスライスチーズなどでデコる。
くま を作る場合は、ちょっとイビツにゆるく作ったほうが、
不思議とかわいいですよ。
* Recipe*

2.While your food jar is warming, prepare the ingredients:

3. Mince the onion (30g) and put it into a heat-resistant container. Add 1/2 tsp of vegetable oil and mix lightly. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
4. Drain the water from your thermos and add the onion, sausage, a single serving of curry roux, and the appropriate amount of hot water into the lid.
5. Prepare the rice.
You can decorate the rice with ham or sliced cheese. If you're making a bear, we find that he's even cuter if you make him a little deformed.
