心情愉悅時 自然會微笑得嘴角上翹
刻意微笑時 會突然驚覺壞心情其實微不足道
強顏歡笑遂變成由衷傻笑
再一層層將執著抹消

I went to where I belong - the gym, after dinner with my depleted body
Hoping to make up for the hole in my heart by shifting my attention to exercising.
Hoping I would feel better every time I lifted the barbell
.
I forced a smile to the camera because smiling is one of the ways to reverse a bad mood
When we are feeling good, our mouths will curve up naturally
When forcing a smile, there would be a moment where we snapped and realised the bad mood we were having was insignificant
The forced smile then becomes a giggle
With it, the stubbornness will be peeled away. Layer by layer.

🎬 Low Budget Drone Shot - The camera is on a 10-ft stick, and all the tilts and pans you see in camera are actually added in post-production, since the camera is 360 and afterwards you can edit to make it look in any direction. 5 MORE WEIRD CHINESE BEAUTY TRENDS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
We've all heard of those weird and random challenges coming out of China on social media. You know, the ones that supposedly test your beauty or fitness levels with obscure and very unscientifically proven methods.

1. Behind-The-Back Belly Button Challenge
Try to touch your belly button with your hand by going behind your back first. If you succeed, you are skinny and beautiful.
2. Behind-The-Back Boob Challenge
Similar to the previous challenge, but you have to grab your boob.
3. Finger Trap Test
Place your finger vertically resting against your nose and chin. If your lips do not touch your finger, you have a perfect facial profile.
4. Reverse Prayer Pose
Step one is to do the reverse prayer pose (prayer pose done behind your back). Next you have to raise it as high as possible. The highest you can achieve is 'goddess level'.
5. Nipple Distance Test
This came from a Chinese beauty contest. One of the criteria was that nipples had to be at least 20 cm apart. This demonstrates the perfect set of breasts. On a side note, this contest also had a predetermined radial beauty standard for nipple areola...
