美國🇺🇸知名的連鎖零售企業Walmart,近年來於全美各家超市推出Curbside Pickup服務,消費者透過手機APP下單,幾小時後即可到預定門市輸入密碼取貨。截至2019年,超過二千家Walmart超市皆設置有自取塔(Pickup Tower)📣
對於正值 #數位升級轉型 的企業們,#購物自動化 雖能有效節省消費者購物、排隊時間,同時也降低運費成本,但企業將可能會面臨到線上線下資料串連,以及客製化需求等資訊無法同步的問題,值得業者深思🤔🤔
With the evolution of technology and demographic structure, mobile and contactless payments have changed consumers’ shopping hobbits as well as the shopping mode. Off-line retail, for example, is moving towards Online-to-Offline in order to satisfy the need for efficient shopping mode.
Walmart has rolled out the “Curbside Pickup” service, which allows consumers to place orders through the mobile app then pick up goods at their local store a few hours later. By the end of 2019, more than 2000 stores have been equipped with the “pickup tower’’.
For those retail #SMEs which are under digital transformation, shopping automation may save time on orders and shipping expenses. On the other hand, it also brings the problems that information such as online and offline data streaming and customized demands can’t be synchronized, which is worth thinking about by enterprises.
