𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- BS in one of the following field: Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics

- Plan and execute high quality, scalable acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms
- Ensure that traffic and new users are converted into loyal readers through well-targeted campaigns and close partnership with the product and engineering department
- Develop creative marketing acquisition tactics, optimize targeting, segmentation, and allocation of budgets across multiple channels to generate cost effective user actions
- Builds in-house marketing automation for the purpose of enhancing the marketing department’s productivity
- Collaborate with solution team to deliver objectives of clients’ campaigns
- Report daily, weekly about campaigns based on key metrics and analytics. Conducts analyses on the performance and key learnings, as well as propositions for strategies and approaches
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field...
- Minimum 2 years experience with a strong track record in performance marketing positions in technology-driven companies with high-tech solutions or approaches to marketing
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in performance marketing
- Effective communicator to both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate a fluency in acquisition of metrics, have an ability to translate complex information and data into clear and easily understandable reports
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
- Have a positive can do attitude, have initiative and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
- Native Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to manage, prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
