Mastered your Bakasana Crow Pose and nailing your Tittibhasana Firefly Pose?
One of the common transitions in a Vinyasa Flow class is moving from Tittibhasana to Bakasana and it is also one of the most challenging transitions to master.
But I always believe in the power of props.
Get your pair of blocks ready to learn this transition today and remember, keep practising!
