However it is available to buy from Online in small quantities, albeit it is fairly pricey.. It is actually a few times more expensive than actual Minced meat, but all for the benefit of our future generations.

As a Burger fanatic, I have to say this 'substitute' totally satisfies me. Not every shop cooks this plant based Burger excellently, but Eaton Hotel does a tremendous job, so does Butcher's Club, or Beef & Liberty etc. But the one here is the biggest size plus the Bun is very high quality, brioche like but less buttery greasy 😂 I can't live without Wagyu Beef 和牛 for now, but give me this any time to curb my burger craving 🐮 👍🏻 ( #Vegetarian #Burger #素食 #逸東酒店 #黃店 #Hongkong #HKEVegetarian )
