小弟剛開始接觸精油，前陣子母親節，因為媽媽一直有睡眠品質不佳的問題，於是就買了
能幫助睡眠的複方和薰衣草送給媽媽當母親節禮物。因為對精油不太熟悉，所以就跑去請
教曾經做過芳療和按摩工作的朋友，請他比較、推薦幾款平價的精油，想說可以轉過來跟
大家分享。
這位朋友接觸精油有一段時間，茉莉絲卡、芳療家這些在版上很常被討論的他都用過不少
，不過他最近轉用Plant Therapy的精油，這家目前在台灣好像還不是很有名氣，版上也
沒什麼討論，想說拋磚引玉，針對這三家來分享心得。
（不過因為自己是新手，朋友有些比較專業的見解也不完全了解，若有講錯的地方還請各
位幫忙指正）
首先是芳療家，朋友表示除了較高單價的玫瑰、茉莉、花梨木精油沒有用過之外，其他的
大致都用過，他表示芳療家的精油大多是野生植物或有機，而且老字號品牌，所以品質很
穩定，他特別喜歡黑胡椒和薑，純露也很好，有
時
候會拿來喝或當眼藥水用。
不過他近年改用美國的Plant Therapy，這家目前在台灣只有一個梵宇健康生活在經銷（
不過他們好像也不是很有名），不過這牌子在香港就比較久一點。朋友說他認為PT和芳療
家最大的差異是，芳療家的精油給他的感覺「就是精油」，但PT的氣味比較有層次，味道
也比較圓潤飽滿一點。
另外，他說PT的精油植物信息（？）比較完整、豐富，吸嗅時腦中浮出的意象比較豐富，
呃但我自己是感覺不出來啦哈哈，他給我兩家的精油比較我還是滿頭霧水，我只覺得恩恩
都好好聞喔好喜歡喔，然後沒了，我猜版上比較有經驗的應該能理解他的意思？
在價位上，芳療家較高、PT次之、茉莉絲卡便宜，但這好像還是得看不同的精油而異。另
外PT比較可惜的是，他們的單方沒有那麼完整，這點芳療家就頗有優勢，（像是PT就
沒有白玫瑰）。PT的特色在他們的複方，還有專門調配給兒童安全使用的精油，
各有所長，但兩家的精油都滿不錯。
講了那麼多，也不是要為PT打廣告的意思，因為自己也還在慢慢摸索接觸，現在也只用過
比較常見的幾種精油。把朋友的分析轉分享給大家，想說看能不能相互交流些資訊，尤其
PT這個牌子在台灣還是謎一般的存在，如果有人也用過歡迎一起交流哈哈！
