我拍了關於同性結婚之後，今天有一個還蠻神奇的事情發生。我需要你們幫我回答一個問題。
今天一位來自菲律賓的人用我的粉絲專頁聯絡我。他跟他的伴侶（都是菲律賓人）聽到台灣的好消息後想趕快在台灣結婚。
不過我影響中是我以前有聽過，法律通過了之後，還會有一個小條件關於國際。就是，雙方都需要是來自已經結束同性結婚的國家才能在台灣結婚。
因為菲律賓還沒通過這種法律，如果我剛剛講的是正確的話，他們兩不能結婚吧。😢😢😢
我希望我聽說過的有錯，不過我自己也不太清楚，也不太知道如果要幫他研究這個問題我最好去哪裡找法律的條件。
你們可以告訴我這個問題的答案嗎？ 兩個來自沒有同性結婚法律的國家的人在新的法律下可不可以結婚？

After posting my video regarding Taiwan’s gay marriage law passing, something very special happened to me, and I need your help to answer a question.
Today, a person from the Philippines contacted me and told me that, after hearing the about the good news in Taiwan, they and their partner want to hurry and get married in Taiwan.
However, I feel like I remember hearing, before the law passed, that if it were to pass, there would still be a stipulation regarding nationality. That is, both parties registering for a marriage license would have to come from countries that already recognize same-sex marriage.
Since the Philippines doesn’t recognize same-sex marriage, and they are both from the Philippines, if this is the case, they would be unable to marry, right? 😥😥😥
I hope that what I heard was incorrect, however, I’m not very certain myself, and I don’t know where I could go to look up the articles and specifics of the marriage bill.
Can you tell me the answer to this question?
Can two people from countries that do not recognize same-sex marriage or have same-sex marriage laws get married in Taiwan under this new law?
