【 現場直擊／許廷鏗 ╳ per se綵排合唱《親愛的幽靈》】
踏入盛夏，疫情明顯緩和，曾經一度陷入低谷的本地樂壇重拾生氣，一騷未停一騷又起，歌迷為爭取親身到現場感受氣氛的機會，經常要狂撳F5搶飛，惟大多無功而還，幸而尚有網上直播這個選擇。
就以今晚（26/6）在旺角麥花臣場館舉行的《我是現場》首回演出為例，因為主角是由許廷鏗（Alfred）與per se組成的一夜限定樂隊「Negative Ends……。」，千餘張門票於6月11日公開發售不久便迅即沽清，主辦單位為安撫歌迷，隨即宣布推出網上直播通行證，讓更多人收看網上現場直播，跟會場內的觀眾同步享受舞台上的演出。通行證票價180元，現於MiFaShow、KKDAY、trip.com、Timable及01空間公開發售。
今次樂隊的名字，「Negative」的部份源於許廷鏗去年11月推出的同名大碟名稱兼歌名，而「Ends⋯⋯」則來自per se於2018年推出的大碟名字，綴以收錄於專輯內的歌曲名字《。》，便成為「Negative Ends……。」至於演出分工，除了per se的Sandy和Stephen會一如既往，分別擔任鍵琴手和結他手外，向來主力演唱的許廷鏗，會首度負責控制電子合成器，跟拍檔邊唱邊合奏。
許廷鏗與per se出道多年，一直以來各自都在主流和獨立領域發展，何解會在舞台上走在一起？他們周三（23/6）於觀塘某錄音室完成綵排後受訪，提到促成彼此合作的關鍵人物，正是今次音樂會的導演康家俊。Sandy說，「舊年我哋喺APA（香港演藝學院），成場Show（《in an instant, autumn came》）都係佢負責搞嘅，今次係Kind of佢搵我哋呢兩個單位，（覺得）係可以有啲嘢發生，而我哋係冇諗過。」
按照Sandy所講，Alfred補充說，「最初同主辦單位傾，開音樂會原意係（考慮到）業界有好多人冇工開，加上而家我係自由身，又覺得識咗康家俊咁耐，原來都冇合作過，就覺得（整件事）應該要支持。」直至答應演出後，Alfred才知道會跟per se合作，當下的反應是興奮。「我鍾意咗佢哋啲嘢好耐（2014年開始），尤其係編曲，所以今次 （演出）最特別嘅地方係，我哋唔再係per se同埋許廷鏗，而係成隊Band，大家都有唔同嘅Involvement，將啲嘢去Cross Jam晒佢，其實一向都好鍾意佢哋嗰啲Rearrangement，所以我將一啲我好深愛嘅歌，交畀佢哋去做 （重編），總算願望成真。」
其中一首可以「劇透」的重編歌曲是《你在我在》，屆時他們會以3-Parts Harmony（即高中低三種不同聲調）的方式合唱，此曲收錄於2017年推出的許廷鏗新曲加精選專輯《The Ultimate Collection》，Alfred笑言一切都是心血來潮。「有次開會去到臨尾，諗緊有啲咩歌嘅時候，突然間爆咗呢首歌，之後有好多唔同嘅事情發生，覺得呢首歌好似幾啱玩，有啲歌詞都幾啱呢個時候去唱，其中一個Highlight係，大家一齊喺呢件事上面好一體，就好似呢個Show咁，叫『我是現場』，大家都係On the same level，一齊去Curate呢個Show，我就覺得（演繹時）真係有呢種現場感。」
而Stephen知道有這個合作後，就很想在舞台上跟Alfred一起合奏《the mist》（收錄於2016年《Conundrum》EP），「呢首歌就算係我哋嘅聽眾，都係屬於好偏門嘅一首歌，咁我好想喺呢個可能Main Stream少少嘅場合可以彈出到嚟，係會Rearrange，會有啲Surprise喺入面。」Stephen又指，自己會演唱一些Alfred的作品，綵排期間發現頗有挑戰性，「唔知點解我覺得好難，可能佢啲歌好短嘅一段，聽Recording嘅時候已經有好多嘢聽，而我平時嘅（創作）做法係，好大段嘢都係同一種感覺，所以對我嚟講呢個都係學習嘅地方。」為了令讀者率先感受今次演出效果，他們專誠在鏡頭面前彈奏和獻唱《親愛的幽靈》，點擊即可收看。
