If you’ve been following my Instagram, you know that this year I’m volunteering at the Taiwan Rainbow Civil Action Association (臺灣彩虹公民行動協會) which is the NPO organizing this year’s Taiwan LGBT Pride. I have some really big news about this year’s Pride, so make sure you watch the whole video, or you just might miss it

Also, don’t forget to subscribe because I’ll be doing some more videos about Pride before the big day on October 31st. In one of those videos,
I hope to be able to discuss a little bit the English and Chinese themes for this year’s parade. The Chinese theme is,“成人之美”, and the English theme is related, it’s “Beauty, My Own Way”

Yesterday, September 1st, Pride released their crowd-funding initiative for this year. If you donate to Pride this year, you can receive a number of different gifts including Pride-themed pins, as well as a set of cups, or also a really cool-looking banner.

其實 Don’t kill my vibe. 就相近於「別掃興」的意思。

vibe 是 vibration 口語的用法，意思是「氛圍、氣氛」，

簡單來說，就是拜託別破壞氣氛好嗎！

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world

【材料】
●茄子：8本
●醤油：大さじ2
●片栗粉：大さじ6
●小麦粉：大さじ3
●あごだし（4倍濃縮）：小さじ1（めんつゆ、白だしでもOK）
●ナンプラー：大さじ1（味にとんでもない深みが出てマジおすすめ）
●みりん：大さじ2
●生姜：小さじ2
●にんにく：小さじ2（無くても十分美味しいよ）
●ごま油：大さじ1（油でコーティングしてあげると変色防止にもなります）
●ブラックペッパー
●米油（普通の油でもOKだけど米油を使うとヘルシーになるよ）
お好みでマヨネーズ、七味唐辛子
※ナンプラーが苦手だったり、無い方は醤油を大さじ1追加して下さい。
※にんにくと生姜はフレッシュタイプにするとより香りが良くなって美味しいです。

ばあちゃん直伝の『超やべぇ茄子のやみつきから揚げ』を作りました。
衣サクサク、中とろとろ♪この食感だけでもたまらなく美味しいんですが
噛んだ瞬間、茄子から溢れ出る２種類の魚の旨味と風味がとにかく最高にやみつきで
一度食べだしたらマジ止められない…まさにこれぞ無限茄子！！！
揚げてるとは思えないくらいあっさりヘルシーなのも夏には最高なんですよね♪
簡単な上にお財布にも優しい、ばあちゃんの美味しい知恵が沢山詰まった自慢のレシピです。
是非作ってみて下さい。
思った以上に食べれちゃうので多めに作る事をオススメしますｗ

[Ingredients]
● Eggplants: 8
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Potato starch: 6 tablespoons
● Flour: 3 tablespoons
● Fish Stock: 1 teaspoon (4 times concentrated)
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon (I recommend it because it adds a tremendous depth of flavor)
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Ginger: 2 teaspoons
● Garlic: 2 teaspoons (it's delicious without it)
● Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon (Coating with oil helps prevent discoloration)
● Black pepper
● Rice oil (You can use regular oil, but rice oil will make it healthier)
Mayonnaise and 7-flavor spices to taste
※If you don't like Nam Pla or don't have it, add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
※Fresh garlic and ginger are more fragrant and delicious.

The texture alone is irresistible, but the moment you bite into it, the flavor and taste of the two kinds of fish that overflow from the eggplant is just addictive.
Once you start eating it, you really can't stop... This is really the infinite eggplant!
I can't believe it's deep fried, but it's so light and healthy that it's perfect for summer♪
This recipe is easy to make, easy on the wallet, and full of the delicious wisdom of my grandmother.
