【さっぱりコクうま豚バラ大根】
今日は、レンジで簡単にできる『豚バラ大根』を作りました！今回の豚バラ大根はポン酢を使った味付けで、サッパリだけどコクうまで夏にこそ食べたい一品です。
先にしっかりと大根を柔らかくしておくことで、味も染み染み！レンジで簡単に作ったとは思えない美味しさに仕上がります。

〈材料〉1~2人分
豚バラ肉 100g
大根 150g
☆ポン酢 大さじ1
☆鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/3
☆砂糖 小さじ1/2
