At Ēst, diners can choose to have the traditional or vegan. Highly recommend the vegan tasting menu! The flavours were quite distinct for each course, and my personal favorite was that yellow curry served with rutabaga. The spices have a real kick to it!

A recent favourite of mine in Little Italy 🇮🇹 this time I’ve been back to Toronto. This trendy spot caught my eye when I was looking for a restaurant to eat while I was driving by. I really liked their interior and design, so decided to go back during the day to get some better photos with day light. One of my favourite dishes there was the cauliflower with roasted grapes and miso bagna cauda, making our guilty pleasure healthier than usual but still tasty. Their crostinos are also a must try, and another dish that I definitely loved but had no photo of was their signature 100 layer lasagna filled with mozzarella. Each layer defined ans filled with tomato and cheesy meat sauce 🍝...even when I’m trying to eat less carbs I can’t say no to that!

Recently, we found ourselves dining at a so-called sushi place (specifically running sushi / sushi go round / sushi train restaurant) with the weirdest sushi options. One sushi had a cherry on top, dyed part green and with whipped cream. It tasted gross and looked like an oompa loompa sushi.
So that inspired this video, 10 weirdest types of sushi.
1) Deep-Fried Sushi
- Served in KFC Thailand
- Tempura batter or panko style
2) Fruit Sushi
- Usually a dessert sushi
- Rice can be cooked with coconut, vanilla & sugar
- Banana & Unagi Sushi at Bellagio in LA
3. Meatball Sushi
