What a great morning ride with Abang Syah and Kak Hani and his son today at Mushrif Park. Did an hour ride with the mountain bike that I borrow from Abang Syah.

Super like the cycling track here around the park. No car allow on the cycling track. Did a few laps there on the mountain bike and ride on the heaviest gear. At the hilly part, it was pretty challenging, and I am glad that I got through it with the legs I have. Definitely a great cross training for me here during the weekend when I don't do the stairs.

Then we went to @nurmalaysia_dubai for Malaysian Food! Had roti sardin, nasi lemak bungkus, ayam goreng, teh c tarik and keropok lekor. Delicious food. Recommended. Gonna go there with my American friend Bryan next round!

During the breakfast, we shared our experiences and I got learn many things from Abang Syah and Kak Hani where they previously was based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and they were here in Dubai almost 3 years.

We also got to meet En. Nazri from the consular in Dubai. He shared with us some information about the Expo 2020. Can't wait to visit @expo2020dubai next week!

Thanks Kak Hani for getting in touch with me after my post in Malaysian in Dubai Facebook group and they happen to stay near my place in Mirdif. I am so grateful for that, that I can follow Abang Syah to his workplace during the weekday and then take the metro to another Malaysian, @aniza71433 to visit her.

So grateful to have meet many kind and nice people here! Appreciate all your support.

Ahhh! The long-awaited countdown documentary!! I took way too long for this one ahaha Some people asked to see this because a lot of you don't actually know about this competition and what we do to prepare for it. This is just about 40% of what we do when the competition is near. There's so much more to the tip of the iceberg! So much preparation and choreography, so much teamwork, so much blood, sweat and tears, so much hard work, dedication, patience, late nights and early mornings. All thanks to our main leader Annie, and assistant leader, Ella🥺 We couldn't have done it without them. In this hiking vlog I explore some of the awesome hidden gems found in the Surrey Hills. Including a hidden tower on Box hill and a forgotten castle!

I started my hiking adventure by hiking up Box Hill. At the summit I found two hidden gems; The Old Fort Box Hill and Broadwood's Tower. Next I hiked down to the secret castle called Betchworth Castle. Finally I ended my hidden gem exploring by walking to the Bat Tower near Emmetts Garden and another hill fort called Reigate Fort.

I did this hike as part of my training for the Lejog. In June I will be walking the length of the UK for the mental health charity mind. During the build up to this hiking challenge I have been doing walks every other day in England to prepare. If you would like to support my fundraiser for the charity here is the link:
