#維生素D 與骨骼健康、曬太陽可合成…這類的資訊大家已經有觀念了🌞
近年研究也發現缺乏維生素D與慢性發炎、罹癌率和免疫力等有關。
那與運動表現呢❓
⚠️維生素D與維護肌肉正常功能有關。
但你知道嗎,根據統計台灣成年人約有六成,體內維生素D不足,和年齡、性別、生活作息、飲食、膚色等都有關係
➡️男性(尤其肥胖的男性)和停經後的婦女最常見
而運動員之間相比較,與他們「照射陽光」的時間有關,
例如:訓練地點的緯度(影響可日照時間)、季節、室內外運動的不同,
➡️平均有 #超過六成的 #室內運動員經檢驗 發現維生素D不足
👨🏻⚕️部分研究顯示,連續8週每天補充5000IU維生素D,與肌肉骨骼性能改善有正向影響,
(無論是對運動員或健康的一般人,垂直跳躍高度和10公尺衝刺時間等運動表現都有進步)。
其他研究則顯示體內維生素D含量,與左手握力和下肢力量有顯著相關,有補充維生素D的運動員,在負重反握引體向上這項測驗發現表現更好。
但也不全然實驗都是正面結果,也有些實驗的結果是沒有顯著影響,因此維生素D對運動表現性能還有待未來更多進一步實驗探究。
最後,除了透過每天日曬、日常攝取富含維生素D的食物外,嚴重不足者亦可透過額外補充維生素D加快補充!

Home Office清楚回覆,T4同T5逗留期唔可以扣5+1
本來係Patreon專屬嘅一字不漏原文
如果大家記得嘅話,大概兩三個星期前,Lord Alton响上議院書面向內政部提問,學生簽證(Tier 4 Visa)同工作假期簽證(Tier 5 Visa)嘅逗留時間可唔可以扣減BNO Visa嘅5年居留要求。而內政部代表好概括咁回應,只有"route to settlement"嘅簽證持有人先可以扣減。
然後,香港網路上一大堆「內政部傳心師」或者「移民政策堪輿學家」就自行基於"10 year rule"嘅概念無限解讀,向外吹噓有機會可以。
好喇,Lord Alton近日再跟進追問內政部,到底Tier 4同Tier 5响法律上算唔算"route to settlement",11月24號內政部代表好清晰咁回答唔係,亦表明逗留時間唔可以扣減。

坦白講,嗰啲所謂嘅解讀同分析,本質上同Fake News係無分別,不過為存厚道,完全無開任何一個人名,只係响Patreon好詳細咁用邏輯同移民政策原理去解釋Tier 4同Tier 5本身唔係"route to settlement",所以逗留時間唔應該可以扣減。為免嘥時間去拗,响FB只係好中性半開玩笑咁提出問題,叫大家客觀思考下基本邏輯原理同心態。
結果點呢?網內外受盡無數攻擊,繼續係用「移民Agent唔應該講咁多嘢」做大前題,然後配上「撥冷水」同「放負」,更甚嘅係連累到同事Billy不停被開名人身攻擊,又要我現真身乜乜物物。其實呢啲嘢都已經好閒,某程度上都已經麻木晒,但問題係如果有人信咗呢啲假嘢去做點算呢?移民好,走難也好,行錯方向後果有幾嚴重?如果我有講錯嘅,大可以理性討論,但為求令自己嘅偏聽去情緒攻擊,最後受害嘅係邊個?一定唔係我囉...
其實如果大家有留意嘅話,我已經响FB盡量少講移民,要講都只會响Patreon講,但每日每天都見到網絡上咁多所謂KOL自吹自擂,然後有無數「信徒」深信不疑,其實係好擔心...因為誤信以撞板嘅情況已經發生緊...
