The Amazing Northern Lights
When Aurora Borealis, also called the Northern Lights, displays its unique dance of lights ranging from dark blue and green to shimmering yellow and deep pink, the flickering iridescence night sky above the Faroe Islands is captivating for locals and visitors alike.

The usually many clouds above the mountainous Faroe Islands often hinder a clear view of this natural phenomena, but one can though get lucky during calm and cold winter evenings where the sky can clear up and give you a crisp clear view of this amazing light show as happened here above the village of Funningur.

Ko Samui, one of Thailand’s largest islands in the Gulf of Thailand, is known for its palm-fringed beaches circling coconut groves and dense, mountainous rainforest. It’s also home to luxury resorts, posh spas and a rowdy nightlife scene that often attracts a backpacker crowd. We stayed at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort for few nights. Silavadee Pool Spa Resort is hidden on the little-seen peninsula north of Lamai Beach, Koh Samui. It has a private beach of stunning natural beauty. The video shows the resort facilities by the ocean. We loved this resort! It had ultra modern rooms and was an experience sitting on the loo looking out over the ocean.

Vietnamese Food in Saigon, oh yeah. In Vietnam today, One of my favorite dishes in the entire world is a classic mountainous local Asian chicken fried up to a crisp and served with orange rice. This was a childhood classic dish of mine when I used to eat it at $1.99 Restaurant all the time. Good times. Com Ga Su Su is pretty close to it, and I highly recommend this place. Yes! a portion also costs $1.99!
