Last year, I tried and been quite happy with Hyaluronic acid facial fillers, they definitely make a great impact right after but they do disappear gradually and need to be ‘topped up’ every 6 to 12 months to keep your refreshed new face.

In the last few years, I've spotted signs of ageing such as deep lines in my nasolabial fold, sagging skin in my cheeks and lost volume in the under eye causing dark eye circles. The most obvious is my dark eye circle is almost gone in the right eye. Everyone would – but it’s just not practical or realistic, which is why I’m a major convert to using facial fillers because you get instant results with zero downtime. When fillers are injected properly by a skilled physician, they can be used to sculpt the face and restore a natural, youthful look. Treating with filler is like sculpting with clay and it requires artistry to get the contours right.

💛 WHEN VULNERABILITY BECOMES MY AUTHENTICITY
Long ago, the speaker curator Shaen and I agreed that my talk would be about about defining one's purpose and how that can help people lead themselves and others through difficult times.
It isn't hard to outline the talk. I know the teaching points, the modality, and the tools like the back of my hands.
I will also tell my story. There are many stories on my path of tracking purpose. But I know I have to choose the one that cuts the deepest. The most vulnerable story.
Because vulnerability is how you let yourself be truly seen. And the audience wants to see you, the real you, not a pretty shell.
But still, sitting here at Starbucks with a venti cup of black tea latte, I've hit a wall.
I have the teaching points, the tools, the story. But something is missing. Something important. Something that will add a touch of magic to the talk.
I stare at the blank page. I gaze out the window. I open my kindle library and look at the books.
Suddenly, my eyes land at the poetry collection of Mary Oliver. Something sparks.
A quiet excitement rises up my body:
"I want to read poems."
A few days later, I spoke to Shaen again. She loves the idea: "We haven't had anyone doing poetry yet! It sounds beautiful. Just be you."
So I open my talk with Mary Oliver's The Summer Day and end with Lucille Clifton's Blessing the Boat.
Several participants say that it brings them to tears. They even share their texts with me right after my talk: "That was soooo beautiful!"
That's when I knew my secret ingredient, which is authenticity.

【無聲的嘆息 The Silent Sigh】I wrote this song about 18 months ago, 4 months after my breakup, never had the chance to post it because I was practicing my singing part, never nailed it so bailed it.
For those of you who don't know me well, including my close ones. I have been through 7 relationships, which means I fell in love 7 times. Every time I go through a breakup I repost this "People come and go, most of them just walk by. Life moves on. But some day I wish just one will stop by. Then, life goes on."
I don't stop. I don't stop working, I don't stop learning, I don't stop loving. I will always love hard and always harder. Love myself, love my family, friends. Love everyone, love those whom do not feel, love those who temp me to fall the most. For love has no limit, and knows no boundaries.
I am who I am.

For Day 3 + 4 of our Busan trip, we stopped by two popular tourist spots, one is the🌈 Jangrim Harbour, a beautiful rainbow harbour that's perfect for those instagram pictures, and the other is Korea's Most Beautiful Temple, the Haedong Yonggungsa. Both are super super pretty spots to get your busan travel photos and see the amazing views along the busan shorelines. We also got to try a lot of different Busan food, such as different street foods in the traditional markets. My personal favourite is definitely still the cheese hotteok! yummm~

如果說雞丁所寫的〈行星〉，是一種悲傷而自溺的單戀，這首由鼓手 Look 所創作、演唱的〈我是你的Bling Bling〉，就可以說是完全相反的另一種「快樂又充滿自信」的單戀心情！談起這首歌，Look 表示：「我本人好像不怎麼會寫悲傷的歌，所以即使是以單戀為主題，也是開開心心、無條件的對一個人付出，不求回報。」在音樂或是感情上都是屬於大膽、勇敢派的 Look，把自己對愛情的觀點直接的用音樂體現，喜歡就要勇敢大聲說出來！充滿自信的告白，直截了當地告訴喜歡的女孩：「我就是所有喜歡你的人當中，最閃亮的那一個！」
