ตอน ขายของดี๊ดี มีภาษีอะไรที่เกี่ยวข้องบ้าง?

ภาษี เป็นอีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่สำคัญมากๆในการทำธุรกิจของเถ้าแก่หลายๆท่าน วันนี้ “เถ้าแก่มีตังค์” ขอมาอธิบาย ภาษีหลักๆ 3 ตัวที่ผู้ประกอบกิจการและอาชีพอิสระทุกคนต้องรู้และเข้าใจกันครับ

.
1.ภาษีเงินได้
.
ภาษีเงินได้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ
ภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา คำนวณจากเงินได้สุทธิ x อัตราภาษีก้าวหน้า
.
หากธุรกิจเป็นธุรกิจที่มีขนาดเล็ก ดำเนินกิจการด้วยตัวคนเดียว ไม่มีหุ้นส่วน ไม่ซับซ้อน และยังมีรายได้ไม่มากนัก การเสียภาษีในรูปแบบภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาก็จะเหมาะสมกว่า
.
แต่ในทางกลับกันหากธุรกิจต้องการรูปแบบที่ชัดเจน มีหุ้นส่วน มีความซับซ้อน มีรายได้สูง การเสียภาษีในรูปแบบของ “ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล” หรือเสียภาษีในรูปแบบของบริษัทก็จะเหมาะสมกว่า
โดยภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลจะคำนวณจากกำไรสุทธิ x อัตราภาษี (ซึ่งมีการลดอัตราภาษีให้สำหรับ SMEs ที่เข้าเงื่อนไข)

2. ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม VAT
.
ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มจะไม่ได้สนในรูปแบบของธุรกิจ
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคล หากมีรายได้ถึงเกณฑ์ ก็ต้องจดให้ถูกต้อง

ภาษีตัวนี้มีเงื่อนไขหลักอยู่ 2 ข้อคือ ไม่เป็นการขายที่ได้รับการยกเว้นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และมีรายได้ (ไม่ใช่กำไร) มากกว่า 1.8 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป หากเหล่าบรรดาเถ้าแก่สังเกตุเห็นแล้วว่าธุรกิจของตัวเองตรงตามเงื่อนไข 2 ข้อนี้ แนะนำให้รีบไปจดภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มให้ถูกต้องกันครับ

3.ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
.
เป็นภาษีที่ผู้จ่ายหักไว้ เพื่อนำส่งสรรพากรไว้ล่วงหน้า โดยที่เจ้าของกิจการทุกคนควรทราบถึงประเภทค่าใช้จ่ายและอัตราการหัก ณ ที่จ่ายครับ เช่น ค่าใช้จ่ายประเภทค่าเช่า (กรณีผู้จ่ายเป็นนิติบุคคล) อัตราหัก ณ ที่จ่ายอยู่ที่ 5%
.
โดยรวมๆแล้ว ถ้าธุรกิจหนึ่งอยากที่จะประหยัดภาษีได้ดี ธุรกิจนั้นควรที่จะเข้าใจภาษีของธุรกิจตัวเองอย่างถูกต้อง แล้วเถ้าแก่ทุกคนจะวางแผนภาษีได้ง่ายขึ้นครับ

ตอน ทำธุรกิจ จ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้ตัวเองยังไงดี?

สำหรับหัวข้อใน EP. นี้ เป็นหนึ่งในคำถามยอดฮิตสำหรับผู้ทำธุรกิจและเจ้าของกิจการทุกท่าน ว่าในการทำธุรกิจเนี่ยจะต้องจัดสรรปันส่วนเงินค่าตอบแทนให้ตัวเองอย่างไรดี?
.
“เถ้าแก่มีตังค์” ขอสรุปออกมาเป็น 3 เรื่องหลักๆสำหรับการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้ตัวเอง ดังนี้ครับ

🔸 1. การแยกเงิน
การแยกเงินส่วนตัวและเงินธุรกิจออกจากกันอย่างชัดเจน และยิ่งถ้ามีหลายธุรกิจก็ควรที่จะแยกกระเป๋าหรือบัญชีของแต่ละธุรกิจออกจากกันไปเลย เพื่อให้ได้เห็นภาพกันอย่างชัดเจนว่าแต่ละธุรกิจนั้นมีต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย รายได้และกำไรอย่างไรบ้าง จะได้ไม่เกิดความสับสนกันระหว่างเงินของแต่ละธุรกิจและเงินส่วนตัวของเราเอง

🔸 2. การแบ่งค่าตอบแทน
สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 มุมมอง คือสำหรับ “บุคคลธรรมดา” และสำหรับ “นิติบุคคล”
สำหรับ “บุคคลธรรมดา” นั้น การแบ่งค่าตอบแทนออกมาจะเป็นเรื่องของการจัดการเงินอย่างเดียว จะไม่เกี่ยวข้องและไม่ถือเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการคำนวนภาษี แต่ในทางกลับกันการแบ่งค่าตอบแทนของ “นิติบุคคล” นั้นจะถือว่าเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัท (ซึ่งจะเป็นรายได้ของเจ้าของหรือบุคคล) ที่นำมาคำนวณภาษีในภายหลัง

🔸 3. การแบ่งปันผล
เงินปันผลนั้น คำนวณมาจาก กำไรที่ได้ของธุรกิจ x สัดส่วนการถือหุ้น
หากบุคคลหนึ่งทำงานเยอะ แล้วได้เงินปันผลน้อย จะเป็นเพราะสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นที่น้อย ณ จุดนี้ ควรมีการพูดคุยและตกลงกับหุ้นส่วนให้ดีว่าการแบ่งสัดส่วนหุ้นจะเป็นอย่างไร
.
หากวางแผนธุรกิจได้ดีในตอนเริ่มต้น ว่าค่าตอบแทนของเจ้าของธุรกิจจะเป็นในรูปแบบของเงินเดือน หรือเงินปันผล มากหรือน้อยขนาดไหน สัดส่วนการถือหุ้นของแต่ละคนเป็นอย่างไร หากคิดให้ครบทุกมุมทุกด้านแล้วนั้น ธุรกิจของเถ้าแก่ทุกคนจะดำเนินไปได้แบบที่ไม่ต้องมานั่งปวดหัวกันทีหลังเลยครับ
