The one and only one Egyptian restaurant in Malaysia can be found in 1 Utama and Wangsa Maju. It's run by an Egyptian family who's currently residing in Malaysia, the food is prepared according to mom's recipe. Expect a lot of baked items and they also use quite a lot of butter in cooking.

来一顿埃及美食 Tut's Egyptian Eatery@ One Utama Shopping Mall
谈到美食,KC 我👩一向都很勇敢⚔️,除了蛇虫鼠蚁🐍🐜🐝🦗🕷️和奇怪的食材我不吃以外,其他没吃过的我都想尝试🤩。说到埃及,我脑海里就出现了金字塔,出现了沙漠🏜️和骆驼🐫,和美食这档事完全扯不上边。这里是我第一次在马来西亚看到的埃及餐厅,我实在非常好奇,虽然有可能会踩上大地雷💣,不过我为了尝鲜也是拚了😝!
🔅Hawaoshi Baked Meat Foldover (Lamb)🥙- 烤得非常脆的面包里头夹了层厚厚地羊肉碎,羊膻味被香料很好地压制住了,一口咬下很有厚实感,好吃👍。
🔅Biram Bamya Succulent Stew🥣- 据说这是源自古时候就存在的食谱,只有在重大的节日🎆🎑才会出现的料理,这料理采用了刚才冒头的秋葵来炖煮牛肉🥩,汤头有很浓的香料味和番茄味🍅,牛肉被炖得很软烂,和旁边的香饭🍚很搭配。
🔅Molokhia Minced Leaf Stew🍵- 这是用了有埃及帝王菜美誉的黄麻菜🌱来制作的汤,据说这菜很有营养,以前的埃及人都用它来医病养生,味道没有我想像和看起来般浓,淡淡的菜味算很特别👌。

I am sorry if you don't like this gooey texture, but believe me! It is nutritious and rich in protein!!!
This recipe is very easy, so I will give you some nice tips, so don't miss them!

Marinated Mulukhiyah and Natto
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 5min
Number of servings: 2
Calories per serving: 160Kcal (110Kcal without sesame seeds)
Ingredients:
100g (3.5oz.) Mulukhiyah (Jew's Mallow / Corchorus) *you can use spinach instead
salt & sesame oil
2 packages Natto
2 packets seasoning sauce (attached)
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ground white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Remove the Mulukhiyah leaves from the stems. Wash the Mulukhiyah leaves in cold water and drain well.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a bit of salt (the salt helps the Mulukhiyah to retain its bright green color) and sesame oil (the oil helps the absorption of carotene). Boil the Mulukhiyah for a few seconds. Drain well with paper towels (do NOT wash because you don't want to wash out the Vitamin C).
3. Put Mulukhiyah, Natto, seasoning sauce, soy sauce, and ground white sesame seeds in a bowl. Mix well until gooey.
