How many types of #headstand can you see?
#sirsasana, a.k.a “king of all asanas” might come in different shapes or form. Sometimes you do leg variations, sometimes it’s the hands. And sometimes you don’t even need your hands at all! I love how this set up where can use the blocks to support your own body. Follow these steps if you wanna try:
1. You’d need at least 4 blocks but ideally 6 and a clear wall space.
2. Set up the blocks as pictured. But how high the blocks really depend on the length of your head 👽 and your neck 🦒.
3. Come to the wall as close as you can and bring the head between the blocks. The head doesn’t even have to touch the floor - so it’s great for those who have a neck issue and can normally not do a headstand.
4. Hands on the floor in front of the blocks and lift the legs (or kick them up). Stick the back to the wall. Keep the hands on the floor if you’re new to this.
5. Suck the belly in and keep breathing. I normally stay here for 1-5 mins and have a good 1-2 min of child’s pose. It’s my #espresso ☕️
Of course, have someone to spot you if you need extra help staying in headstand.

Sending love from Korea by sharing to you guys our all time favourite stay at home healthy snacks when we were back home! We chose Nutrabliss by @watsonsmy because they’re organic & versatile. This only took me less 15 mins to make, it’s super easy!
Just mix all the ingredient in a bowl.
Here’s the recipe😉
Base (must-haves):
- 1 cup Nutrabliss organic oat

- 1/4 cup honey (any sticky sweetener like maple syrup is good too)

[ Ingredients ]
2 packet MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles
2 tbsp Cooking oil
50g Bean sprouts
60g Coconut milk
2 piece Tau Pok
8 pieces Prawns
50g Fish cake
10g Laksa leaves (finely chopped)
1½ packet of MAGGI® Assam noodles seasoning
Salt and sugar to taste
4 Shallots (thinly sliced)
3 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Chilli (sliced)
[ Steps ]
1. In a pot, blanch MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles for about 1 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil, add shallots, garlic, chilli and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add in fish cake, prawns and tau pok, and stir fry until slightly cooked.
4. Add in coconut milk, MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles seasoning, bean sprouts, and mix evenly.
5. Add in blanched MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles, laksa leaves, salt and sugar. Mix evenly and serve.
6. Garnish with laksa leaves.

【Ingredients】
1 Egg(45g)
35g Melted butter(Unsalted butter)
Vanilla oil
for the diy pancake mix bag
150g Cake flour
7g Baking powder
25g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
Granulated sugar
Chocolate chips
●In a zip bag or air-tight container, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar.
(You can save the mixes in the freezer)
to cook one diy pancake mix bag:
1 Egg(50g)
50g plain yogurt
90g Soy milk(or Milk)
140g Cake flour
8g oil
***I will explain more in the next video.
【Directions】
①Add the melted butter to the eggs and mix well.
②Add the vanilla oil.
③Add the Homemade Pancake Mix,Fold it until the lumps are forme.
④Cut the Biscuit Dough into 16 pieces and make them round.
⑤Coat the Biscuit Dough with granulated sugar and gently score the Biscuit Dough into crisscross pattern.

⑥Cool it in the freezer 15 mins.
⑦Preheat the oven to 320°F/ 160℃ and bake it for 16 min.
⑧Cool completely on wire rack.
【材料】
卵 (M) 1個(45g)
溶かしバター(無塩) 35g
バニラオイル
薄力粉 150g
ベーキングパウダー 7g
きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 25g
グラニュー糖
チョコレートチップ
【作り方】
①卵に溶かしたバターを加えてよく混ぜる。
②バニラオイルを加える。
③自家製ホットケーキミックスを加え、ねらないように切り混ぜる。
④ビスケット生地を16個に切り分け、丸める。
⑤ビスケット生地にグラニュー糖をまぶし、カードなどで格子状に切り込みを入れる。(ペティナイフでもok)
お好みでチョコチップを上に乗せる。
⑥冷凍庫で15分ほど冷やす。
⑦オーブンを160℃に予熱し、16分焼く。
⑧ワイヤーラックの上で冷まして出来上がり!
***自家製ホットケーキミックスは冷凍保存okです。
2週間を目安に使い切ります。

市販のHMの香りなどが気になるかたは是非作ってもらいたいです。
***市販のHMで作るときは180gで置き換えてください。
ただし、メーカーによっても生地の状態がこのレシピとは多少変わると思いますので、
様子を見ながら切り混ぜをしながら、調整してください。
ポイントはねらないように混ぜると、さくさくに焼き上がります。
