ANNOUNCEMENT: To go along with our revamped training schedule starting on July 1st, we also have a revamped MMA coaching team that we will be introducing over the coming days!
First we would like to introduce our new Co-Head MMA Coach/Head BJJ Coach: Joseph “Leonidas” Henle

Joseph is a veteran MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiujitsu blackbelt. His professional MMA career has seen him fight all across the globe and amass a record of 11-4-1, with 81% of his wins coming via submission/TKO. Early in his career, he became a cast member on the UFC’s reality show The Ultimate Fighter Season 11 Liddell vs Ortiz. From there, Joseph went on to fight for organizations such as MFC, LFA, M-1 Global, BAMMA USA, Combate Global, with his last fight being a submission win on the Liddell vs Ortiz Golden Boy MMA venture in 2018.
A black belt since 2015 under former world champion Fabio Leopoldo, Joseph has also achieved much success in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition, achieving 1st place in the no-gi black belt masters super-heavyweight division of the IBJJF Pan Pacific Championships and 1st place in the black belt division of the 2019 Siam Cup.
Having formerly coached MMA at several gyms in the USA and been BJJ coach to many UFC fighters, Joseph is looking forward to diving into his new role as Co-Head MMA Coach/Head BJJ coach at Tiger Muay Thai and wants to welcome anyone looking to become their best to join us on the mats!

#ThrowbackThursday to Muay Thai legends Dieselnoi Chor Thanasukarn and Samart Payakaroon teaching how to correctly execute straight knee strikes in the super seminar held here at Tiger Muay Thai earlier this year 👌
Known as "The Sky Piercing Knee", Dieselnoi was the most dominant Muay Thai fighter of all time, holding the Lumpinee stadium lightweight title for 4 years straight before having to retire due to lack of challengers, and winning the "Fighter Of The Year Award" (the most prestigious prize in Muay Thai). Also a 3 x winner of the "Fighter Of The Year" award, Samart is widely regarded as the most technical Muay Thai fighter of all time, who won the Lumpinee stadium title 4 times and also crossed over to boxing, where he became WBC world champion.
It was a pleasure learning some technique secrets from these 2 masters, and we look forward to having them here again for more seminars in the future! 🙏🙏🙏
