The partners plan to establish a personal credit-scoring firm to handle Ant's treasure trove of data on over 1 billion consumers, said the people, adding that its ownership structure could help revive Ant's blockbuster initial public offering (IPO) which regulators put a stop to with just two days to go.

Under the plan, Ant and Zhejiang Tourism Investment Group Co Ltd will each own 35% of the venture, while other state-backed partners include Hangzhou Finance and Investment Group and Zhejiang Electronic Port, said one of the people.

They aim to establish what would be China's third private credit-scoring firm as soon as October, two of the people said.

“你要如何衡量你的人生”(How Will You Measure Your Life)讀後感3---教養陷阱則是最熱門的書籍讀後感。“你要如何衡量你的人生”這本書寫得相當好，我將其列入綠角中文書局。

台灣本土新冠肺炎確診人數在八月，有三天是零確診，其它天數多為個位數確診。雖狀況持續好轉，但代表仍有潛在傳染鍊，需小心應對。

【Market Commentary】A valuable part of TSMC’s business due to their EV ventures, European clients nevertheless comprise less than 5% of its revenue. As most of their chips are made at mature nodes, they account for a lower share of TSMC’s revenue compared to chips made at advanced nodes.

TrendForce believes that, if TSMC were to build a new fab in Germany, it must first overcome several major regulatory roadblocks, including the EU’s federated governing structure as well as strict standards for environmental impact assessment, water usage, etc..

The fact that manufacturing costs in Europe are likely to be higher than in Taiwan is also a potential hurdle should TSMC proceed with building a fab in Germany.
