其實早在10年前，黑鮪魚就因過漁出現存亡危機，直到最近，東部大西洋的族群量才逐漸康復。
海洋管理委員會（ MSC）近期就打算發給日本在東部大西洋的黑鮪魚產業「#生態標章」，遭環團和科學家齊聲反對！
#認為標章授與所根據的科學方法有問題，#這麼做可能讓黑鮪魚再次受到威脅。

The majority of the hotel’s organic vegetables and herbs have been sourced from cooperative growers in Cameron Highlands, or from the hotel’s very own rooftop garden.
They even turn any food waste into compost dust with a very high tech piece of machinery. But with all the feel good the question comes down to taste and handling, and yes, they've pretty much nailed that too. An excellent buffet to be enjoyed in multiples of people. Highly recommended.
