Once China discovered the COVID-19 epidemic, they immediately sealed off the city. The purpose is to find the SOURCE OF THE EPIDEMIC as fast as possible so as to IDENTIFY the RANGE OF SPREAD and ROUTE of the epidemic during this lock down period to minimize the risk.

Although the Malaysian government has been little slow in taking action, however the official has implemented the control of state-ordered operations. But is it the people of the country will be safe just by STAYING AT HOME?

In this context, our country should be grateful because the source of most of the confirmed cases in our country is already IDENTIFIED.

But the strange thing is while the government knew that there are still 4,000 people who have not yet gone to the hospital for examination and isolation, on the other hand keep reminding the citizens not to go out and stay at home. Isn't this just like persuading 30 million people across Malaysia to fight with these 4,000 people. I am most concern that these 4,000 people do not know where there will be a third outbreak. In fact, the ultimate victim of this is the citizens

Thanks to the people's cooperation at home? And then blame these 4,000 people for slowly appearing for the test and cause the spread of the epidemic?

Actually, in order to persuade these 4,000 people to go to the hospital for check out, the theory is the same as persuading a child. You can only use either of the way as below：
1) Mandatory use of the highest criminal law, such as the use of the army to search.

2) To deal with the exchange of T&C
Among these 4,000 people, the reason they don't turn out might be because some of them are foreign workers. Yes, they might be worrying of repatriation.
In order to make sure they turn out for testing and isolation, government should give the promise to them that as long as they turn out for testing, other matter can be discussed.

Because currently, the most critical matter is not whether they are foreign worker or not, but is the safety of all citizens, including: our leaders, government servants, citizens & etc.
.
Let's look for these 4,000 people together agrressively regardless of your status, which party you come from, government or private sector or organization.

At this moment, the government should stop doing something that shouldn't be the priority. The hike of the price of face mask and report every day on how hard the police are patrolling is not the priority. The priority is how to identify and seek for these 4,000 people as the citizens are waiting for the updated news of these 4,000 people !!
