[News] Take-Two มี 3 โปรเจ็กต์นำเกมเก่ามาสร้างใหม่ ที่สื่อเชื่อว่าอาจจะเป็น GTA Trilogy บนเอนจิ้น GTA V

Take-Two Interactive บริษัทแม่ของ Rockstar Games ผู้พัฒนา Grand Theft Auto ยืนยันในรายงานผลประกอบการที่นำเสนอกับเหล่านักลงทุนว่า ในตอนนี้มีโปรเจ็กต์นำเกมที่เคยออกมาแล้ว มาสร้างใหม่ ในรูปแบบของการรีเมคหรือรีมาสเตอร์อยู่ถึง 3 โปรเจ็กต์ด้วยกัน

ซึ่งโปรเจ็กต์เหล่านี้ ถูกวางเคียงคู่ไว้กับ Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded and Enhanced และ Kerbal Space Program เวอร์ชันปรับปรุง รวมไปถึง Grand Theft Auto Online เวอร์ชันขายแยก เพื่อลงให้กับ PS5 และ XBSX|S จึงทำให้เชื่อได้ว่า น่าจะเป็นการสร้างใหม่บนเครื่องคอนโซลยุคที่ 9 เช่นเดียวกัน

แต่ Take-Two ก็เป็นบริษัทใหญ่ที่มีบริษัทในเครือ อย่าง Rockstar Games, 2K Games และ Private Division อยู่ในมือ ทำให้ในตอนนี้ยังไม่ชัดเจนว่า เกมเก่าที่กำลังถูกนำมารีเมคหรือรีมาสเตอร์จำนวน 3 เกม คือเกมอะไรกันแน่

ในขณะเดียวกัน เกมที่ถูกสื่อหยิบยกขึ้นมาพูดถึงในเรื่องนี้ ก็คือ Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto Vice City รวมไปถึง Grand Theft Auto San Andreas ที่เริ่มมีข่าวลืออีกครั้ง ว่ากำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการรีเมคด้วยเอนจิ้น RAGE ที่ใช้ใน Grand Theft Auto V และมันจะออกมาดูดีกว่า Grand Theft Auto V แต่ไม่ดีเท่า Red Dead Redemption 2 ซึ่งก็ดูประจวบเหมาะกับการที่ Take-Two เริ่มดำเนินการสั่งปิดม็อดหลายตัวของ Grand Theft Auto ภาคเก่าๆ ไปเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ ยิ่งทำให้ข่าวนี้น่าเชื่อขึ้นไปอีกว่าเป็นความจริง

เมื่อปีที่แล้ว ทาง 2K ได้นำ Mafia ภาคแรกมารีเมคเป็น Mafia: Definitive Edition และรีมาสเตอร์อีก 2 ภาคที่เหลือ ก็ดูจะได้เสียงตอบรับไปในทางที่ดี และคุณ Strauss Zelnick ประธานบริษัท Take-Two ก็เคยให้สัมภาษณ์กับสื่อว่า หากมีการนำเกมเก่ามาขายใหม่ มันจะไม่ใช่แค่การนำเกมเก่า "มาพอร์ตลงแบบทื่อๆ" และเป็นการรีเมคในรูปแบบเดียวกับ Mafia: Definitive Edition มากกว่า

อย่างไรก็ตาม ข่าวทั้งหมดเป็นเพียงข่าวลือ และการคาดเดาจากสื่อต่างๆ เท่านั้น และคงต้องรอลุ้นว่าทาง Rockstar Games จะประกาศเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการในอนาคตหรือไม่
