🎹 鋼琴的大千世界:第18屆蕭邦國際鋼琴大賽順利晉級十月正式賽事的87位鋼琴家名單正式公佈!
台灣有三位優秀的鋼琴家在名單上,分別是張凱閔 (Kai-Min Chang)、謝維庭(Wei-Ting Hsieh)、蘇思羽(Szuyu Su)。
大會依規定會給予近年內曾在一些知名國際大賽的得獎者有預賽豁免權,不用彈這次的預賽就能直接晉級至十月的下一輪正式比賽有九位參賽者。
這次入圍主要正式賽程的87位鋼琴家主要包括來自中國大陸22位、波蘭16位、日本14位、韓國7位、義大利6位,以及羅馬尼亞、加拿大、台灣、俄羅斯、古巴、泰國、越南等其他國家。

The Polish Chopin Institute, organiser of the Chopin Competition, informs that this year’s preliminary has enjoyed record popularity among music lovers and web surfers. Despite the pandemic, the tickets to nearly all the auditions of the Preliminary sold out long ago, while the online transmissions boast more than 4 million views so far. People from all over the world have accompanied the contenders online, and have watched the videos for over 700,000 hours, which corresponds to nearly 80 years of continuous watching.
The official inauguration of the Chopin Competition is slated for 2 October and will take place at the Warsaw Philharmonic Hall. The auditions will commence on 3 and end on 20 October. The crowning of the event will be the Grand Awards Gala with a concert by the winners, which will take place on 21 October at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera. The winner of the competition will receive the Gold Medal and the First Prize of €40,000.
Let‘s meet 87 pianists qualified to the 18th Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition!
The number of pianists qualified to the main competition by the Jury of the Preliminary includes 22 Chinese, 16 Polish, 14 Japanese, 7 South Korean, 6 Italian piano players as well as pianists from Armenia, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Latvia, Russia, Thailand, USA, United Kingdom and Vietnam.

Chef Hou Zhi Long from Chengdu, Sichuan has 20 years of experience. He started to learn to cook at the age of 14, and he became the head chef of the international chain Sichuan restaurant ‘South Beauty’ at a young age. Hence, he accurately masters the three flavours, three ingredients and three peppers of Sichuan cuisine.
In addition to mastering the essence of hometown cuisine, Hou Zhi Long talked about Sichuan's cuisine and beauty in the program, and how these subtly bring him the nutrients of cooking. From the historical and civilized Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Mount Qingcheng, the fairyland of Jiuzhaigou National Park on earth, the Chengdu snacks in Kuanzhaixiangzi Alley, and the adorable national treasure pandas, all these make him especially miss Sichuan.
Now he is traveling to another country to start a business in a foreign country. From a chef to an operator, he introduces the essence of authentic Sichuan cuisine to more Malaysians to know and taste.
In the 6th episode of "Taste of Home", we followed the host Huang Minghui, tasted spicy and fragrant boiled beef and Chengdu fish in chili bean sauce, and visited Sichuan to feel the charm of the land of abundance.

1 year ago today, I went on a semester long exchange to study at Korea's Sungkyunkwan University #성균관대학교 for Fall 2020. 🇰🇷It was truly an exchange journey that really changed my life. I still can't help to think back to all of the amazing people that I met on this exchange, all of the awesome adventures exploring Korea, making the best out of every day in the 5 months that I was there for. That's why I selected A to Z of my favourite memories from August to January to show you guys why going on exchange can be so life-changing and it is definitely the best decision that I have made! I finally got the chance to edit the VLOG from our 3 days 2 nights JEJU trip over the Chuseok break~✈️✨ It was all of our very first time visiting Jeju Island~ there are so many places to visit and so many good foods to try! Of course we got to try Jeju's famous delicious Black Pork BBQ🐷 for dinner and also visited the famous rainbow coast road photospot as well! New recipe with ENG SUB[CharSiu Rice]
Spanish Iberico Pork Collar Butt

Ingredient?
Pork Collar-butt 2kg
Marinade?⬇️
Char siu sauce 130g
Hoisin Sauce 75g
Chee Hou Sauce 20g
sugar 40g
sesame paste 35g
Chicken powder 2tbsp
Mei Kuei Lu Chiew?(Chinese Rose Wine)20g
BBQ honey(Glaze) ?? Moderate
add at last 4 mintues (video time 5:45)
Char Siu Honey side sauce
(video time? mixing 6:00 & baste 7:19)
BBQ Honey 30g
Hot water 25ml
Char Siu sauce 25g
1.Cut the pork into seven long strips about
1.5inch ?video time 1:22)
2.Use a fork to poke it (? time 1:57)
3.Mix the marinade thoroughly (? time 2:32)
4.Cover the meat with marinade and wait for 3hrs or overnight. Put it into fridge (? 2:55)
5.Preheat Oven to?200°c for ⏰10 mins
6.Line the tray with foil (? time 4:09)
7.Put Char Siu on the roast rack (?time 4:16)
7.Baste marinade on top (? time 4:21)
8.Roast it at?200°c ⏰ 20mins
(?time 4:39)
9.Take it out & flip it over. Baste marinade on
top and back in oven ?200°c ⏰10mins
(? time 5:04)
10.Lower the tempature to ?180°c ?
roast for more⏰ 8 mins.
11.Take it out. Baste BBQ honey on both sides.
Back to oven ?180°c ⏰4 mins
(?time 5:42)
12.Rest 10mins. Slice Char Siu.
13.Stir Honey Char Siu side sauce thoroughly.
Then microwave for 30 seconds(? 6:09)
14.Baste some side sauce. Enjoy it!
