首先 在講述我的意見之前
希望大家先了解清楚英國地區的觀念
大家一起來看看吧♪

之前有提過 London是分9個zone
以中心向外 由1至9
而英國一般以Postcode劃分地區和地點
分別是N (north) E (east) S (south) W(west)
例如 SE1 2UP
如果你在Google map search的話
就會得出地點是Tower Bridge了

當然英國除了倫敦以外 還有很多地方

今天我來以倫敦的Stratford 為例子♪
讓大家明白英國的地理規劃

首先 Stratford 是一個我很喜歡的地方
有Westfield 商場 可以說是英國很罕見
但香港到處都有的商場類型
有超市 有不同品牌 應有盡有
而且它是交通四通八達的地點
有underground DLR 火車等等 穿州過省也沒問題
對於住在香港的你應該挺吸引的吧♪

好！我們來到Rightmove 一個英國很熱門的租和買賣樓的網站一起看看吧
同樣是400多呎 一房單位
A 在 Westfield 的後方 租金約1600磅一個月
B 則相反 在Westfield 過了一條馬路的另一面 租金約1200磅一個月
兩者步行到車站時間相約
如果是這樣 感覺租B會比較好吧(OvO)
同樣的地點 同一個距離 當然定價低更好

不過 如果你曾經到過Stratford
就算B平一點 我也會再考慮一下 特別如果是一個女孩子生活的話

為什麼我會這麼說呢
這個就要說到英國的土地分配了
同一個地方 之前提過 英國政府是希望不分貧富的處理
所以一個地方總有比較好的一個area和比較沒那麼好的area
就像我現在住的Canary Wharf 雖然建有很多豪宅 高樓大廈 但一兩條街道的後方 就有一些Social housing 存在
並不是Social Housing 不好 只是地方環境會比較混亂 因為是公家的 會出現不善待公物的情況

說回Stratford
雖然我不清楚B的附近有沒有social housing
但是確實在那邊遇見過搶劫 街道上有醉漢 乞丐 玻璃瓶 等等
A 那一面因為大部份是私人發展和酒店 所以Westfield 那邊還是相對安全 但當然價錢就比較貴點了

說了這麼多 只是想告訴大家
英國的地區觀念跟香港有分別☆
(希望住stratford的朋友不要打我(＞人＜;) 我很喜愛stratford呀！！！)
不要只看一個地名 一個區域 就決定那一個地方好不好住

如果你已經在英國生活過一陣子
當然比較好選擇
如果沒有的話 先考慮下列幾點吧！

1 - 工作地點
如果已經有工作的 當然選附近的地點
如果沒有的 上網找找看你想工作的公司在那裏
在那附近入手吧

2 - 生活環境
你習慣的生活模式是那種？
是城市人模式 一定要半個鐘路程有超市的？
還是可以常在家中 一至兩個星期才駕車去一次超市的？
這點很重要！
不然心癢癢要外出 最近的商店要一個鐘頭車程 在剛來英時會很痛苦

3 - 租金
遠一點城市 平點租金 花多一點在交通和時間上班沒問題?
還是 近一點的租金貴點 但交通費用時間少一點？

4 - 安全性
英國警署網頁可以查看毎一個地區的罪案率 把你有興趣的地方名 postcode 輸入查看一下吧
看到奇高的就避開吧！

5 - 超市速查
教大家快速查看一下 究竟那一區怎麼樣
一般超市分高中低檔
像Waitrose M&S 就是高檔的
Tesco 等等就是中檔的
低檔的有Asda Iceland Lidl 等等
一般超市會起在潛質顧客附近
接著 明白了吧ʕʘ‿ʘʔ

最後最後
沒有來過英國和在外地生活過的
一定要先體驗一下不同地方的風貌
才能找到自己適合的地方居住

English version 「🇮🇸Budget to go Iceland🇮🇸」

In planning this Iceland road trip around I do not refer to other people's travels routes. So some attractions I might missed. Also, do not think Iceland will certainly see the aurora. We have 10 days there but only 2 days we have chance to see. One day is kp5, one day is kp1 Bale. There are also people who have not seen it in 10 days. In addition to the Aurora, Iceland is so beautiful of the landscape.

Day 1
Kuala Lumpur - Istanbul - London - Iceland
On October 24, 2017, we departed from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Iceland because of the cheap airfare.
So we need to transfer to Istanbul from Istanbul.
Then transfer from London to Iceland.
Although it is a waste of time but save money, it does not matter!
From Kuala Lumpur to Iceland took a total of 24 hours.

Day 2
Arrived in London at 9:30 in the morning.
The flight time to Iceland is 12:55.
Worried about too many people waiting in line so we buy online Premium Passport Lane.
With that pass, we do not need to line up with the customs.
VIP Lane can go directly.
Feel like VIP!
From customs clearance to get baggage no more than 15 minutes.
Walk from South to North terminal, Icelandair in North.
About 3 hours flight from London to Iceland, the first thing to Iceland is to change the local currency.
After that we pick up the car and we have a 9-day car rental with Thrifty.
Last added unlimited wireless Internet access, 15 euros a day.
Car must buy full insurance, Iceland has too much sand accident, it is easy to scratch.
In order to save money, we rented a manual car.
Take the car directly to the nearby Bonus supermarket to buy some food for next few days.
We spent RM160.
After an hour and a half by car to our hostel.
This homestay is located in a remote downtown area.
We reached there about 7:30PM.
Quickly prepare dinner, friends shouted after dinner. Aurora!!!
Everyone ran out to see the aurora.
I did not expect so strong aurora, the naked eye directly saw.
Also lasted a few hours, due to too excited, forget the jet lag.
Can not sleep, 12 o'clock to sleep, 5 o'clock and got up and continue to see Aurora.
And the sky full of star, is the most beautiful night i have ever seen.

Day 3
Sleep for 2 hours and enjoyed bathtub outside the house.
Hot springs so comfortable!
The sky started to light up at about 8 o'clock.
Prepare our breakfast, then we started today's attractions.
We are taking the most basic Golden Circle attractions.
Geysir Fountain - Goldfoss Gold Falls --bingvellir National Park
We went to Geysir Fountain and Gullfoss Golden Waterfall
Geysir fountain is so special! Is the geothermal valley, water from the ground.
Gold Falls is spectacular, remember to bring a raincoat, or will be drenched.
As we live in the middle of these two attractions, we have lunch back home trip.
Then go to bingvellir National Park
This is UNESCO, a lot of scenery to see, if you like the wild scenery must come to this.
Feel the Soul Out Rip in the Rift Valley at Singgweler National Park.
From 10 am until 6 pm in the evening.
Dinner at home.
We do not spent any money today

Day 4
Slept early last night, so everyone got up early.
After breakfast will go to other place.

We left at 8:30PM and went to Keiro Crater.

Come to today's highlight - D3 wreckage
This is the story I heard.

Day 5
As usual to prepare our own breakfast to go out today than usual out.
Because we want to drive 420 km, estimated 5 hours and a half drive.
Departure from the southern city of Kirkjubæjarklaustur to the eastern city of Reyðarfjörður.

Day 7
If longer holidays, I will arrange a half-day trip in the middle of the trip.
After a few days of long run, we still stay in Akureyri today.
And we do not have any plan, we wake up to sleep naturally.
Go to the local supermarket stroll, explore the price, buy ingredients.
Walk around Akureyri Botanical Garden, the famous local church.
Then decide to go to an unknown tourist spot.
We decided to go to Dalvik.
Since this is not Route 1, we drive Route 82, so the road is not that good.
But the beautiful scenery along the way is so beautiful.
Lake, sea, snow-capped mountains.
And the mirror-like lake reflected the shadow of snow-capped mountains on the water.
Nobody walked by the road as we sat in the middle of the road taking pictures.

Day 8
Today's trip is easy, so we sleep later.
We are staying in a farm in the north today.

After lunch, we sneak into the farm and play with the cute Icelandic horse.

Day 9
Today it is necessary to drive back from the north to our last city, Reykjavik

We drove the car into Route 74.

So we decided to drive into the Sinai Peninsula, then do not take the 1st.

As we went to the Snæfellsnes to see Kirkjufell, so we travel longer.

Today is our last accommodation in Iceland and we have to enjoy tonight.

Day 10
Today is our last day, we wake up naturally.
Due to the car parked in Reykjavik parking.
We need pay parking hourly.
First we went to visit Reykjavik Cathedral.
Nice church, and Akureyri's church is the same designer!
As there are still a lot of public funds, we decided to take to eat Buffet.
Iceland has a great value Buffet.
This restaurant is located in the city center, restaurant reykjavik.
There are pickled fish, shrimp, desserts have.

We had eaten for nearly two hours before we came out because we had booked Blue Lake in the morning.

☄ 赤鹿麻耶

赤鹿麻耶，生於1985年，現居於日本大阪。畢業於關西大學後，赤鹿於大阪藝術大學學習攝影。平時以意象為出發點收集素材，拍攝人物與素材搭配後所產生的事物，目前也正在挑戰拍攝動態影像。曾於2011年獲得CANON寫真新世紀大賞，2012年獲Visual Arts Photo Award大賞，並出版攝影書《風を食べる》（AKAAKA出版）。

AKASHIKA Maya, born in 1985, currently resides in Osaka, Japan. After graduating from Kansai University, she studied photography at Visual Arts College Osaka. She collects materials based on imagery, then captures the images formed when these materials are put together with people. Currently, she is challenging herself with capturing moving images. She was the Grand Prix winner of the Canon New Cosmos of Photography in 2011, Grand Prix of the Visual Arts Photo Award in 2012, and published the photobook Eating Wind in 2012.

☄ 高橋宗正

高橋宗正，1980年生於東京。曾以藝術團體SABA成員身分獲得2002年CANON寫真新世紀優秀賞。2010年由AKAAKA出版其第一本攝影書《Skyfish》。2011年日本海嘯過後，高橋參與了「Memory Salvage」計畫，該計畫將在災區尋獲的照片清理乾淨後，以數位建檔並歸還原主。隔年，他發起了「LOST & FOUND」計畫，巡迴展出「Memory Salvage」計畫中的照片，為該計畫進行的所在地山元町募款，後於2014年出版為《Tsunami, Photographs, and Then》（AKAAKA出版）。2015年，高橋以他自己創立的獨立出版品牌VERO，發行了第二本攝影書《石をつむ》。

TAKAHASHI Munemasa born in 1980, Tokyo. Takahashi won Excellence Award for Canon New Cosmos of Photography 2002 as a member of the artist unit SABA. He published his first monograph Skyfish (2010) from AKAAKA. Joined Memory Salvage as vice president, a project to clean the photos found after the tsunami 2011, and to make a digital archive of the photos to return them to their original owners. In 2012, he founded LOST&FOUND PROJECT, a traveling exhibition project to show badly damaged photos from Memory Salvage, to raise funds for Yamamoto­cho, where the projects are located. In 2014, he published a book Tsunami, Photographs, and Then from AKAAKA. In 2015, he published his second monograph Laying Stones from VERO, his self­-publishing label.

☄ 倉谷 卓

倉谷卓，生於日本山形縣。2005年畢業於日本寫真藝術專門學校之後，多在東北地方與東京工作。他對於環境和時間這兩個因素使攝影有所不同，而攝影媒材可以給予或轉換價值和角色感到興趣。近期的個展包括：大阪Bloom Gallery「カーテンを開けて」（2014）、大阪Broom Store「Pets」（2014）、東京森岡書店「Ghost's Drive」以及東京72藝廊「カーテンを開けて」（2015）。

KURAYA Takashi was born and raised in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Since graduating from Nippon Photographic Institute in 2005, he mostly works around Tohoku area and Tokyo. He has a strong interest in photography as a media gives or changes value and role itself. Environment and time are two factors that make differences. Recent solo exhibitions include: “A Glimmer of light” Bloom Gallery (Osaka, 2014), “Pets” (Broom Store, 2014), “Ghost’s Drive” Morioka Shoten (Tokyo, 2015), “A Glimmer of Light” 72Gallery (Tokyo, 2015).

☄ 西野壮平

西野壮平，1982年生於日本兵庫縣。就讀大阪藝術大學期間，他便開始進行《Diorama Map》系列創作，將自己的記憶作為城市的堆疊符號。獲得2005年CANON寫真新世紀優秀賞後，西野在各國參與許多聯展、國際藝術節以及個展，如倫敦Saatchi Gallery「Out of Focus」（2012）、東京都寫真美術館「日本の新進作家展vol.10」（2012）以及紐約ICP「A Different Kind of Order: The ICP Triennial」（2013）。曾獲頒2013年日本寫真協會賞新人賞並入選荷蘭《Foam》季刊「Foam Talents Call 2013」攝影新銳。

NISHINO Sohei born in Hyogo in 1982. When he was a university student at Osaka University of Arts, he started his series Diorama Map which is created from his memory of layered icons of the city. Since receiving Excellence Award of Canon New Cosmos Photography Award in 2005, he has participated in several group shows, international festivals and solo exhibitions all over the world such as; the “Out of Focus” exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London (2012), Contemporary Japanese Photography vol.10 at Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography in Tokyo (2012), A Different Kind of Order: ICP Triennial at ICP in NY (2013). He was recently received as newcomer's award for Photographic society of Japan awards of 2013 and also selected as one of the artists for Foam Talent call 2013 of Foam magazine.
