Deeply saddened to learn that LG (Ret) Ng Jui Ping passed away today.

LG (Ret) Ng is probably best known as Singapore’s 2nd Chief of Defence Force. He was one of the inaugural batch of commissioned officers trained in SAFTI — the “SAFTI First Batch”. They were there at the creation, and played a major role in building up our armed forces from scratch. After retiring from the armed forces, LG (Ret) Ng held many positions, both in the public and private sectors.

I will remember him most from my own time in the army, when he was first my CO, and later when I worked beside him — I learnt much from him as a leader and a colleague. He was a valued comrade and friend, who always led by example, and gave his all to serve the nation. – LHL

ok jom step by step xde sebab sama step mcm biskut yg penah cikgu share cume bahan2 die je beza..

250g butter wajib gune anchor atau tatura,scs unsalt baru die kuat rasa milky
1 cawan gule perang kalau suke manis tambah sket lg
sedikit esen vanila
1 bijik kuning telur
whisk kan
lepas tu masukkn 1/4 cawan minyak masak (4sb lebeh kurg)
whisk lg
sementara tu ayak
2 1/4 cawan tepung gandum+1sk baking powder+1sk soda bikarbonat(240g tepung tu dalam gram lebeh kurg)
1/2 cawan susu tepung ape2 jenama xpe wajib ade
3sb serbuk koko
1sk emolco coklat
1sb tepung beras
2sb tepung jagung
masukkn dalam adunan whisk td sket2 smbil gaul dgn ujung jari..adunan mmg agak lembek ye..masukkn 1 cawan coklat chips jika suke dan 1 cawan setengah almond nips atau almond slice gaul rata..simpan chiller atau peti ais bahagian bawah 30 mnt
baru cubit2 kan atau sudu kan atas tray sapu minyak..
bakar suhu 160 masa 30 hngga 35 mnt bergantung suhu oven masing2..baru masak panas2 die mmg lembut sket dah sejuk die rangup.tips nak tau die masak ngam2..try dulu sket dan set masa tgk oven korg boleh pegi bape lama baru die ngam masak
jgn baru pestime buat ko tibai 1 tray letak 35 mnt jenis oven cepat panas hamik rentung..dah la bahan mahal tu weh..nangis tepi bucu oven smpai melecur pipi
