Lepas workout session semalam I asked Nik if he can be my “weight” for “human leg press” just coz I have not been doing it dah lama!
It took us awhile and few tries before we got to this! Ye la kan, Nik punya chest isn’t flat got muscle2 timbul2 all so bila nak place my foot there agak tak stable 😂
I must say this form isn’t the best coz my hips agak terangkat sikit but we are definitely finding tune to see where I should place my foot in next round.
Ni set yang ke 3 lah. Nak sambung lagi and try to find the angle, i dah Penat yeh 😂 my abe is gedang please and god he is heavy. Rasa macam tolak 100kg plate gitew rasa dia 😂

Akhirnya ada orang Melayu kita, Dr Wan Fahmi dan Dr Nur Annies menerbitkan buku fakta sains yang menarik dalam versi Bahasa Melayu.
Sambutan hangat diterima. Harga sangat berpatutan. Diulang cetak sampai enam kali, lebih 150,000 naskah terjual.
Sampai orang Singapore, Indonesia dan Brunei pun beli juga tau. Viral teruk!
Buku ni memang menjadi rebutan di rumah. Baik anak, baik ayah ibu, bahkan atuk nenek pun turut sama berebut.

Hi! What time do you usually wake up? ⏰
My circadian rhythm's been kind of off since I moved to LA ?
Even though I naturally wake up at 8am, it's hard to fall asleep. Maybe it's because I film/edit in my room so I subconsciously see it as more of a workspace? Idk, but it's always so easy for me to revert to East Coast time when I'm visiting Florida or New York ? Weird, huh?
This is my typical morning routine for when I have afternoon plans heh ? If I need to be somewhere earlier, I try to wake up an hour earlier so I don't have to sacrifice any steps (even the cartoons)! I get really stressed if I have to rush and then I'm in a bad mood ? Cartoons are really therapeutic in a way ? idk the science BUT I just know I'm always happier after watching them so if you have extra time in the morning, try watching an episode or two! ?
