I felt so touched... it takes a lot of time and commitment to make it to our show! When I first moved to L.A. 15 years ago, of course, I ran into celebs while out and about. I mean, they live here! But even though I worked in the industry, I'm still that girl who freaks when I see a star because, hullo... I'm human! One time I saw Kanye West at a Target on La Brea. I froze. He was holding a bottle of Dasani water and a Target shopping bag. When he passed me I said, "The elevator's broken, might wanna take the stairs." (I was young. Leave me alone.) And he said, "Aw, cool shorty. Thank you. Your hair's mad cute." (It was blue then. And I was cute :) ) Anyway, I get being a fan, man... I am one, too!
