Ran out of my usual katsu curry sauce so I tried this Yo Sushi one from the supermarket. 🍛 I found it a bit too sweet - but it went well with the carrots & sweet potato (and super-authentic quorn dinosaur!!) 🦕 My fav is S&B Golden Curry (medium spice level) but it's good to know you can get Japanese curry at the supermarket! 🍛

I tried Katsuya's popular menu and the hot menu that is perfect for summer! I visited "Tonkatsu Katsuya". It is a popular chain store with 479 stores in Japan and overseas, and has a complete menu of cutlet curry, miso katsu, and pork cutlet set meals. At home, it was said that the troublesome fried food and pork cutlet could be eaten more easily, and many families visited.
